Remarks
Admission process-- On the basis of merit I got admission. I got admission in 4th cut off list in B.A. program with economics and mathematics as my discipline subjects. When I go to the college they give me enrollment form and it requires matriculate certificate some photographs and residential prof. I submitted the fee which was around 9000 per year I got admission in the college. Good aspects of my college-- Before I say about my college I want to say that my elder brother was in the same college and he advised me to join the college. So here are some very good aspects~~ 1 College campus is very hug 2 Teaching and non teaching staff both are always with students and cooperative 3 Huge ground 4 Gardens 5 NCC and NSS are there with cultural society. Bad aspects~~ Not much but canteen facility but it is improving and hostel is not there. I choose this college because of the above reasons and it is near my house. I prefer this college to every student you will feel the same as I.
Course Curriculum Overview
I wanted to learn economics and don't want to leave maths as well that's why I choose this course. Teaching and non teaching staff both are cooperative. Teachers are always ready to help and come on time . Teaching skills are also very good. Cleanliness are always there. In a class there are approximately 40 students and every subject have 3-4 teachers . There are also no burden on teaches also due to extra students in a class. Teachers are selected in the basis of test which the Delhi University conduct. Min qualification of teachers are B.Ed or Hons in there respectively subjects. In every 6 months exams are conducted and the difficulty level of exam are the same across Delhi University colleges which are moderate and student can pass the exams with good marks also with a bit efforts.
Placement Experience
After 4th semester students are eligible for placement and with good records of the student he/she could get a good placement. After my degree completion I will appear for armed forces exams such as CDS and AFCAT.
Fees and Financial Aid
Fee - around 9000 per year No big changes in fee hike bcaz Delhi University manages the fee of Colleges very less so that every student get the higher education. If you are away from home you have to take PG or room as there is no hostel facility in the college bt Don't worry you can get many options near college in very reasonable amount. My friend live in room and living for one month's is around 5-8 thousands ( including food , electricity, water , room rent ). I am in 5th semester and not excited in private jobs and preparing for govt exams.
