Course Curriculum Overview

The course is based on a systematic pattern in which the years are divided into the semester. After every semester the semester-end exams are held which are written exams. The exams are held properly with proper invigilation and strict marking.

Placement Experience

The placements are goods, internships are also provided by the college. The students are selected based on their performance and confidence level. The college doesn't prepare you too well for the interviews, on an overview is given to us.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The charges taken from us for the course are very affordable by all the students. It is the university in the area which charges the least amount of fees for any course and provides proper education. The course fee is only 5,500 for 3 years which has to be paid in installments.

Campus Life

The infrastructure of the college is very basic and average whereas the events organized by different departments are very good. We have different styles of dance performances, we also have sports competitions and marathons. Students are encouraged to perform in co-curricular activities.

Admission

I got admission in this college through the merit list which is based on class 12th results. The first step was to fill up the online form on the website. After the selection based on the merit list, I had to submit my documents for verification at the university.

Faculty

The faculty of the college is very good and proper professionals, they handle everything and help us out in times of need. The professors are always there to assist you. Extra classes are taken by the faculty for difficult topics. They guide us during the project work also.

Placement Experience:

from 6/7 th semester onwards students become eligible for campus placements. Infosys visited with around 22-23 offers , Cognizant visited with arount 15-16 offers , TCS visited with several offers(not sure how many) , that's it the big names. Apart from these small startups and companies visited too. Highest package offered was 11lpa by TCS , 9.6lpa by infosys, 6.48lpa by Cognizant. Profiles were ASE in TCS , PAT in CTS , SET in Infosys. The percentage of students placed was less arount 30-40% , mostly because the curriculum lacks placement prep. I have joined Cognizant as a Programmer Analyst Trainee after graduating .

Actually this is a general degree University , so I must mention that placement facalities are not so good. But yes , Job Fair is organised in University by some external agencies which offer jobs varying 2-2.5 lakhs per annum . But in the university most of the students do not accept that jobs. Half of the students are more interested on the higher studies. So ahet completing the fourth semester they prepare for PhD. And the another half are preparing for central government sponsored exams like CGL, CHSL, RRB, SBI , IBPS, LIC etc. University has a significant number of students who have qualified for Government Competitive exams.

A holistic experience: my journey at CFI college of Law

Course Curriculum Overview:

I'd say the BBA LLB curriculam si quite relevent and comprehensive. the blend of business management and legal studies really made me choose this course because it gives a holistic understanding of both fields. The curriculum is pretty practical and prepares us well for real- world applications like internships and moot courts and also sets a strong foundation dor further studies in law. In term of Imporvements i think the curruculum could benefit from more interactive workshops and practical training sessions and somtimes a bit more hands on experience and indusry exposure help bridge the gap between thoery and practice. Regarding exams, I find the frequency and timing are well balanced. the semester exams come at a good pace and whike some subjects can be challenging they are definately manageable with consisnent study.

Dumkal College, a loving Study Centre

There are online process of Admission to this College. The authority will publish merit lists according to the marks of Higher Secondary as merit point. So they are clean to their admission policy. No third party public are allowed in this process. The College will give admission menu in their website, and student have to pay the fees at online process. Student don't need to go college untill their final admission done .
