Great experience

Overall it was a very good experience i made great friends. managment is bit strict.

I appeared for the GATE exam and got 341 score and got the vlsi seat at last counselling. I always wanted to be in this college bcoz it was best in punjab and my father also did his btech from there

The course curriculum is fine but it needs to be updated especially the vlsi design course. There are somethings that need to be taught but are not taught acc to industrial point of view.

I was not offered job or intership. The vlsi design placement in core companies is not good anywhere. Mostly it companies come to our college to offer internship

Good for it sector but not that much for electronic core companies. The job placements for it and cse branch is good. But not for others. Ece students also sit for it companies and got placed. Same for other braches. The placements cell is good and keeps us updated with the companies that are about to come in future

Great events like ananya every year. and meditation events and sports events. I have experienced sunburn once at my college. There are great celebrity proformances every sem and motivational speakers also come.

The fee structure of each sem is 60000 approx and hostel is 40000 aprrox. And nothing else. According to facilities provided i think it is ok but it is expensive compared to other institutes. The main this is study and thats fine.

Yah i was given 8000 teaching assistant scholarhip per month. I had to work as an lab assistant to help btech students in lab experiments. It was a overall great experience.

It was great. There were sports events inter hostel, inter college also. We participated in inter hostel cricket matches. There are three cricket play grounds in campus and a gym in everyhostel. Labs are upto date but it takes a lot of tym to ask for something and get it done.

Facilities are good, hostel j is my best hostel and food is fine. They make special dishes at special ocassions. Everytime we celebrete hostel night. The security and the facilities are great.

The senior students and the alumni was of great help. me as an alumni also has contacts with my juniors who need help of any kind. I have got great help regarding my thesis work from seniors.

Sometimes the exams are tough and somtimes is very easy depends on the prof. And labs are difficult.

The faculty of this college is of great experience. They have great ieee papers published. They teach good. There is no shortage of faculty and ll have great knowledge and they share it to. My fav faculty is dr chatterjee sir(senior). they have great way of teaching and giving marks.
