Course Curriculum Overview

We get to study every topic related to Medicine in the master's degree with utmost priority and precision. Whole syllabus is divided differently into various semesters present in the academic years. Syllabus gets modified every year by the college

Jobs and internships both plays the crucial role in building our career and this is very well known to the college. Internship are usually given in the last year of the college. And if you work good during the internship,they can even keep you as a permanent employee in their firm

I feel lucky enough to be the member of this college.They take care of each and every student individually. We have all the basic amenities in the campus like library, e library, computer lab, internet connectivity etc

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee type is very dependable upon your financial status. If I speak about mine. It's feasible in nature. During admission I paid a one time charge worth rupees 2 thousand. After that for every year I'm obliged to pay 62,044/-

Campus Life

For love for college, is also because of the events we get to participate here while learning. They take care of all round development of the students with organising several physical activities and mind teasers. Guest lectures are very common here

Admission

Students who gets admission here are very lucky as well as intelligent. Because both qualify in admission procedure procedure and studying in this College is best but difficult. Both entrance and interview is use to be taken of the student

Placements depends on your skills Usually there is a compulsory internship at the end of 3rd year If you didnt get it via college you should do it from outside but its compulsory And at the end of 4th year you get placement. Placemeng isnt 100% . If you have the skill you will get placed thats the criteria.many people say you are in IIT your life is sorted .but that aint the reality

The students can apply for internship via Career Development Centre in the beginning of their pre final Year. they can go for off campus intern whenever they want. Most of the goo companies would come and mostly for software finance consulting etc. The placements start in the second last semester as far as i know. The competition for placement is getting really high these days

Course Curriculum Overview:

The university is MAKAUT so the curriculum is up to the mark. I liked Programming so I chose B.TECH in CSE. The curriculum is very basic in terms of practical world problem though they are building blocks, but you need to do the extra bit of work to qualify for the real world scenarios. I think more mandatory projects integrated with current set of skills would be a cherry on top. Exams are very frequent like every 3-4 months there is a semester exam and they are moderately difficult.

Remarks:

Placement for IT streams is very good but not good for the core stream. Infrastructure and campus beauty are very good. Faculty are average. Canteens are slightly costly but foods are ok. Hostel and Transport facilities are available.

I firstly applied for kolkata branch and then for guwahati one, i luckily got selected to kolkata which is okay by me. It was like a fream come true. No i definitely did not get any rejection but infact i got selected which was like achieving a milestone. The admission process was as usual for us to check in submit our documents and then pay the fee. Cut off varies from year to year , so we cannot specify about it exactly. In order to get into niper we need to crack an entrance exam which is also called as "gpat". The one on merit list who aced it well can get selected easily....Read More
