I was always interested in pharmaceutical analysis from the day i decided to crack gpat. From my degree itself , i always kind of liked analysis which made me come till here doing my masters somehow. We are made sent to other states in order for internships which is definitely helpful for the industry level and world applications. I was made to choose for internships. I was given three state options and i had the total freedom to select anyone. I would definitely choose something close to my heart , as always my hometown. Exams in niper is kind of a hard task in our initial days but we will get used to it by time. The improvements of faculty would be much better.

For the first year i have paid around 80,000 for the second year i paid around 30,000 and for the third year(now) i paid 20,000. It all depends upon the category on how much one will pay. Admission fee , library fee , lab fees , all together are collected once , but only the mess fee is collected later on. The food provided by niper kolkata is A1 , the softness and the flavour of each food just makes us feel home. Being an SC i had to pay 80,000 but not really sure about OC. But when compared to SC's obviously the amount would be more. Through management there is no chance of getting any seat because , niper purely selects only the merit ones who tend to crack their exam. Obviously the exam is not at all easy , its a tough one to crack many of my friends rven though were a merit student still couldnt get selected as there was much of competition and tricky questions as well. As far as i know there is no "merit cum need" here in kolkata as i think of other , i dont think there are any such merit cum need.

All the festivals are celebrated grandly , in our campus there are many students from many other states who live tigetehr under same roof so each and every festival is simply authenticated / special to some or the other group. In library the books are borrowable , the aura of the campus is all positive. It encourages us to work hard to be a better person not only to others but also for ourselves. As far as i know there are no social run groups, clubs or student portals. The classrooms are well equipped with ac's in each and every classroom. Its ice cold when entered. The technological provisions are good indeed. Sports and co-curricular happen very rarely.

I firstly applied for kolkata branch and then for guwahati one, i luckily got selected to kolkata which is okay by me. It was like a fream come true. No i definitely did not get any rejection but infact i got selected which was like achieving a milestone. The admission process was as usual for us to check in submit our documents and then pay the fee. Cut off varies from year to year , so we cannot specify about it exactly. In order to get into niper we need to crack an entrance exam which is also called as "gpat". The one on merit list who aced it well can get selected easily.

The faculty student ratio is on good terms. We are free to discuss the topic or knowledge regrding the subject. Its a friendliness between the faculty and students. Satish sir from natural products gives an extrodinary explanation on the subject. Hes one of a kind. Basically there are two semsesters and two mids as usual. We definitely need to work hard from day1. One night batting when entered here is not at all possible. The subjects are definitely kind of tough its hard to catch up if not studied from the starting day. The syllabus is vast enough which cannot be covered in one night. Hardwork is definitely a key to success , we have to remember each and every point we studied being a newbie its hard to get all of that into our head but by time we will catch onto the flow. COURSE curriculum is mainly followed in a particular order so there is no change in it. When it comes to college timetable , everything is going according to the plan and timing.
