At all i love my college, i had never thought that my college life will be so good.
Course Curriculum Overview
Basicallly the course here based on CBCS pattern ( semester system). I found it very good for the all round development of a student. Because in yearly system students got no time for extra curricular activities. Also the syllabus is well arranged for easier study of th subject and rgular practical classes too.
Placement Experience
There is a plqcement cell in the college called 'Disha'. It provides all the informations about the placements, companies and internship all around the country. faculties also organises internships furing summer both paid and unpaid.
College Events
Here comes the best part of my college life. Every even semester comes with a bunch of fests and programms.Every department and society organises ther fest where they welcome renowned personalities of the nation. MECCA our annual fest is the biggest and best of whole the university. Vaktavya and mushhairrah are the other famous fests.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Though it is a central based college fee structure here is feasible. They take only course fee and exam fee only. At the end nd of the year science students have to pay maintainance fee for the lab for the items which we have broken throughout the year.
Fees and Financial Aid
I am an inspire scholar which is only for science stream. It offers 60000 per year scholarship on regular science study and an additional of 20,000 per year on doing internships. After getting admitted to college, i filled the scholarship form around september and got the amount of first and second year at ones.Other scholarships are also orovided by tha college.
Campus Life
A greqt example of unity in diversity is seen here. Students from almost all the states of the county comes here for their dreams.Life here is full of intresting activities and competetions. There are societies for dance, singing, fashion,drawing,debeting which goes all around the delhi for competetions. Gautam gabhir and ajay jadeja are the aluminies of this college.
Hostel Facilities
I have opted but not got the seat as my marks were quite low.There is also a cutoff generated for hostel after filling the hostel admission form. Notmally it is according to the distance from the college. And then percentage matters at all.
Alumni/Alumna
Seniors here are not less than brothers and sisters. They will always help you when you needed. I too got very supportive and caring seniors whoom i will never forget.
Admission
I got admission through merit base.First i registerd online and then paid the registration fee after that cutoff released.Then i visited the college(which i want after the cutoff) on the allocated date for the admission process with all the required documents.paid the fee and filled the forms. And thats it, they gave me a admission card at the end.
Faculty
All the faculties of the college are experts in their subjects. Specially of the chemiaty department. The faculty of chemistry in hindu is considered as the best of the country. They always try to explain the students either by theorical way or practical. There are all aged teachers but maximum mid aged ( about 35 to 55 ).
