in 2019 Ramakrishna Mission Vivekananda Centenary College ranked 8 th in nirf rankings and in 2020 it stood 11th in nirf rankings. Also it is quite well known for its discipline and education friendly environment.

Our course and syllabus are strictly followed by UGC CBCS norms and are designed in view to crack the CSIR-NET. The faculties are very student friendly and always available to help us. They also encourage and motivate us all time in our learnings.

Course Fees: INR 70000 per year

Placement Experience

No company visit in our institution for placements rather our institute has much more interest in bringing the hidden talents from its students in different fiield of science and nurture them so they can do research work in their respective fields and discover new sights of science & technology.

College Events

The Campus Life is great. The Campus have all modern well equiped infrastructure of learning including library and computer labs. Every year sports, freshers welcome, convocation ceremony, Saraswati Puja, Independence Day, Republic Day, Netaji's Birthday are celebrated in College and participation of all students in all occasions are must.

Course Curriculum Overview:

My decision to choose this course depended on the fact that this course provides you with the opportunity to get various jobs in the industries with a high lpa. But this college does not help much in that aspect. All I had to do was myself. It is my humble opinion that the institution should improve its guidance in the area of its teaching methods. The exams were twice a year and were quite difficult on their own.

from 3rd semester itself the placement cells start their work and provide a world cass oppertuinity for the placements . its nice in my college. i can say about my course and batch in witch this yeasr almost 14 stuents got a job from placement in core and non core out of 24 people. which is nice for a masters course where students go for reaserch more.

This is a Boys college so only male students are given addmission and one is eligible to apply for MSc Mathematics and Computing if he obtains a mean percentage of 50% up to the first 5 semesters of one's BSc in mathematics with almost 30 seats on offer and reservation of seats for the OBC, SC and ST as per as the government norms.
