Remarks
I liked political science so took it. Wanted to do it as it would supplement in the upsc preparation later. Also I wanted it to get into DU, and Motilal was a good enough college. It's close to metro, and there are lots of travel options for people in Delhi. There's also Satya Niketan which is a nice hangout place with friends
Course Curriculum Overview
The college is great, teachers are amazing, at least my political science department. There's canteen with cheap food. Infrastructure could've been better. There are many societies for us to take part in. Overall it's a good experience here
Placement Experience
There's a placement cell that's working in the college, but it's not uptown the mark. The companies that do fine offer very low wages. Placement is not great as in the North campus colleges. People are on there own, to be honest to find any work after the degree
College Events
There's always something going on the college campus. There's elections, various contests, fresher's party, department parties, rallies, societies work, motivational talks, and special seminars. So it is very interesting. There are also trips that students and teachers organise.
Campus Life
The buildings are old and not that great looking, but there are some rooms equipped with Acs's. There's football, basketball, volleyball grounds. Motilal has the biggest library in whole DU, but bigger isn't always better. It's hard to find books that you'll actually need.
