Remarks
I choose this institution because of the course which was offered in this institution. I have subjects like economics, commerce and maths which are very difficult to find as a combination in any college. Also, being an autonomous college I had huge expectations from the college.
Course Curriculum Overview
Since the college is autonomous, we have a system of AA and AAA credits which we need to get during the course of 3 years. These credit points will be reflected in the final year marksheet. There are various ways to earn these credit points.
Placement Experience
I haven't had so much interaction with the placement cell but for a fact that I know there are companies like KPMG, EY, HDFC, a part of the placement committee and the seniors once informed me that they take in people from each department and the process is also very simple as compared to other colleges because of the AA and AAA structure.
College Events
Our college has several festivals held during the course of the year. Shoutt, Talaash, JAF, Kani, Arthanomics, Psych Insight, Hojimalo, Cyberstrike, Detour etc. These festivals are held by various departments of the college.
Fees and Financial Aid
There are many scholarships which are offered in the college like Thadomal Shahani scholarship, sumitomo Scholarship etc during the course of the year. There are interviews held for the same and people can take part in it and if they qualify they get the scholarship.
