The college management has appointed a student council who look after all the needs of the students and is responsible and accountable to manage and follow up different activities, events and functions throughout the year. They are the main link between all the societies working in the college and team members of these societies.

Entrance Preview

To get the admission in this institute the interested student needs to have studied class XIIth from the recognized school and board. The student needs to apply in the course through an application form available online on the website of the college. The students are selected after evaluating them on various parameters.

Placement Experience

The students are involved in fashion program and are tied up and mapped with the National Skills Qualification (NSQF 7). This is the highest level and desired certificated that enables the student to be able ton work in the domestic as well as the international companies which are at the prime level.

Fees and Financial Aid

Pearl Academy saves and reserves the seats every year for the students who have been sponsored by the industry. This kind of program is started and offered by the prime fashion houses in the industry. The maximum intake under this programme does not exceed the 10 percent of the overall student that takes admission in an academic year.

Placement Experience:

The students become eligible for campus placements from Semester 6. There are numerous companies like Zomato, The Quint, Hindu etc that visit the campus and whose offers are made for the students. The highest package offered has been INR 7 lacs per annum and the Average package is INR 3.60 Lacs per annum. The campus placements has been 85% based on the number of students that opted for it. My plans after getting my degree is to go ahead for my masters in either creative writing or marketing and then start working on a job but this may change.

I wanted to join this course from a long time as I was very interested in the same.The faculty is great and students ratio is also quite good but teachers try to focus n give time to each students.Teachers are also amazing they give there 100 percent to the students..They also have doubt lecture before every exams and also conduct phycological evaluation for every student before the exam so that the students doesn't have any kind of pressure..Term exams are conducted 2(twice) a year, if the student is studying well you can pass the exam very easily.

After the last semester of course students will have right to take placement by the college according to here marks and percentage. There are 10+ plus offered to join the new company for the students. The highest package is 50000 and the lowest is 20000 as per the courses and marks. Course Curriculum Overview:

I have chosen BA arts as my curriculum cause I have had an intrest in Psychology and I am thinking of pursuing a further career in it. Our stream is having around 15-20 faculty members and each class strength is around 120 and there are 4 divisions. Almost all of the faculty members are having phd degree and everyone is having a unique teaching method and very likely we enjoy the lectures of all the faculty members. The teaching is really good. For this year that is for FY, I was having 2 online exams one for each term and it was MCQ type questions and answers. The exams level difficulty is moderate.

Reality behind big name

Remarks:

My college has a lot so it can be best not only in our city or state but also in a country. But we are lacking planning which has clarity and implementation of the same. We need to be more optimistic and our college has to build some basic infrastructure and facilities where they are lacking and guidance support for every stream of students so we can do better in future and obviously at present which requires teamwork but before that leader should be there who can take all people's accountability and start this thing.
