Remarks

There was an entrance exam. The result was declared in a week and we were asked to pay the registration fees of 50000 first. We can choose the campus. That's it. I applied to vogue institute Bangalore I didn't go there as I was more into pearl academy snd I wanted to study fashion designing in Mumbai since it is the Bollywood centre and is exposed to fashion more.

I love to design clothes aa I believe it is one way to show our confidence. The faculties of pearl are very friendly. They support students a lot with their work. They help to develop our skills. We were given different works each week since it was very interesting it wasn't that tough to pass

Placement Experience

Since I am a 1st year ug student I don't know about the placements. Anyways pearl academy offers 99% placements to the students. Also, they have the best recruiting companies. Students are given job according to their skill.

Fees and Financial Aid

It's around 7.5 lakhs per year for my course. Students get scholarships according to their performance. Students even got 50% scholarships so that they only have to pay half of the fees. I think it is very helpful for students with a low financial background

Campus Life

Since it was an online class we had weekend parties every week which helped to get in contact with more students and seniors. Those were the things that were keeping us sane through the pandemic. There were clubs for sports, dance and digital stuff.

Life ho to aise

Course Curriculum Overview:

Curriculum was excellent as I had compared it with at least 4 other colleges near me. They introduce lot of industry experts so you are already industry ready before you leave. Exams were conducted twice in a year. They themselves keep upgrading the curriculum as per the need so had no complains related to that.

Placement Experience:

From 5th semester the students are eligible for placement opportunities. My plan after degree is to get a good job which is economically beneficial for me . Percent of placement are 95 although every student is getting better after the college guidance

Placement are nice. All the big interior designers come and hire us as interns. Companies like Hafiz Contractor, Space Studio etc. packages are according to your knowledge like it's from 8k to 30k a month for starting.

Placement Experience:

From 3rd semester there is more fieldwork, students start working, and we get opportunities provided by our faculty I worked with Anaita Shroff in the living room story pop-up twice, I worked with Suzanne Khan, and many more. If talking about the percentage of people getting placement I would say 80%.

Amazing design college!!

Admission:

To get admission, I had to first make sure to fulfil the eligibility criteria to get admission in the college, which is to first pass class 12 and then give the ISDI challenge, then an interview round is conducted for our final selection.

Remarks:

This school is a mixture of goods and bads .. fees is bit high for middle class students, faculties are best, accommodation,school life, activities everything here is best. You'll love your campus just in few days of coming here.

Good learning and Great Atmosphere

Admission:

Any candidate who has completed 10+2 from any examination board such as HSC, CBSE, ISC is best suited for the course. A person has a profound interest in design and innovation and design can also apply for the course. The age limit for the course is 21. The admission is based on an entrance exam that is taken by the institute.
