The University has a good reputation. They provide a variety of course papers and experienced and reputable teachers. I was interested in the gender studies classes by Niladri Chatterjee. The University also conduct exams and release the results within time. Education here is cheap and profitable.

The syllabus is very good, the Engineering faculty have good industrial exposure, Science faculties gives students exposure to research on the lab, I personally like my English department, Since my department is like a family to me. Teachers are so close and they always try to provide knowledge through fun. really inspiring

The University gives exposure to knowledge and experience and skills, I don't know about other departments. But the English department conducts a seminar on various topics and issues in society. they try to bring notable persons from all around the world with whom students get a chance to interact and they help the students for new opportunities and exposure. one of the notable alumni of the K.U English department is poet Subodh Sarkar

Every year each department organise a cultural program that includes the reunion of ex-students. the programs are magnanimous. it is the best output of the students' culture sides. The hostel dwellers arrange the hall day every year. That is huge, sometimes they also bring celebrity artists.

Best equipped- large library, vast playing grounds, gymnasium, computer facilities in each department, Science laboratories are well equipped, hostel facility for both boys and girls separately. The campus is a full wifi zone. Moreover, the Naac marked Grade A for the University of Kalyani.
