Remarks

A college with good infrastructure, experienced faculties, well-equipped laboratories and above all good placements. Some of my seniors had passed from this College and now they are a very good place.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is as per AICTE and affiliated to MAKAUT. EE department here is very good. 15:1 students teachers ratio here. Faculties are very much cooperative and helpful. They are very knowledgeable and experienced. Regular schedule-wise examinations are conducted here.

Class Size: 45Course Fees: INR 70000 per year

Internships Opportunities

The internship is provided in various companies, some companies offer PPO. But anyway this internship makes us industry-ready.

Placement Experience

A very good Training and Placement Cell is there. The TPO is very good cooperative and helpful. Always keeping touch with us. Placement records are consistent and very good.

Fees and Financial Aid

Rupees 70000/- per year is the fees. There are opportunities for getting merit scholarships.

Campus Life

Campus life is good, different sports and games are regularly organised. A good library with books and journals and magazines. Spacious classrooms.

GOOD College at low fees.

Placement Experience:

Placement of my college are quite good with a avg package of 6 to 7 lpa and higest package of 45 lpa and this year the higest package is 75 lpa. The companies visited in my college are infosys, Capgemini,tcs,wipro, Mindtree,IBM, sometimes amazon also.The placement rate of the college is 85 to 95%.

Don't be a minimum guy, Choose GKCEM

It’s Greater Kolkata College of engg and mgmt. under JIS group is one of the best colleges around for students. Though my department of Mechanical Engineering is favorite for its labs, facilities, faculties and it is as good in other sections also. Certainly, our college provides adequate infrastructure and quality teaching of the faculty members here. This college is affiliated to MAKAUT University and many top companies visit the campus during placements. The senior are quite helpful to the juniors.Its an anti ragging campus.
