College offers merit scholarships for students who perform their excellence in academics and sports. Prize money of rs 1lakh is given for students who engaged in tech innovations and entrepreneurship.

A well equipped green campus arranged in a contour manner. Infrastructure is very nice. Student friendly campus. The campus has got many recognition from government of Kerala and India. Campus is situated well in heart part city and is inside the mar Ivanios vidyanagar. Gender ratio depends on each department mechanical department is almost filled with boys. All other branches have equal participants of girls and boys. There are no descrimination based on caste creed and gender. Students from economic minorities and economically well being study here in harmony. well equipped labs and experienced lab staff is another positive for this institution. Internal leagues and championship are held for football basketball cricket badminton etc. both boys and girls team participate in inter collegiate and inter university tournament and has got remarkable achievements.

I'm not using the hostel facility since I'm away scholar. Mar aprem hostel and matha hostel is arranged for boys and girls. Discipline is well maintained in hostel premises. Hostel is well equipped with WiFi networks, electricity and water connections.

Well developed alumni is another merit. They have got association in middle East countries, in states etc which provides proper guidance to growing youngsters to find their future and mould uo their career. Once in a month meet the alumni is held where reputed alumni comes and takes sessions over various study topics and other guidance for the students.
