Remarks
No such bad remarks. Everyone loves their college. Afterall the days you spend will never come back again.
Course Curriculum Overview
My domain was Electronics and Communication Engineering. All my professors were extreme good and professional throughout my 4 years of journey. Hands-on practical trainings of subjects had given me a good experience. They provided a good on-campus placement offers though I was got selected in off-campus. Overall this is an average College.
Placement Experience
Good, all I can say. Competition was high, expectation from freshers was high. They provided grooming classes before every drives. Though some companies was offering low package at my time, but I believe they are doing well. And if you are genuinely prepared, then it doesn't matter if there is on-campus placement offers or not. You can get a job from anywhere.
College Events
Freshers welcome, tech fest, annual day celebration and much more. You can have plenty options to show your talents. Management team was extremely helpful to manage. Annual day celebration is the biggest celebration of the college. It basically held on famous waterpark nearby. So people can enjoy there at their best. A lot of famous DJs, Bands, Celebrities were invited. So party hard.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Compared to other private engineering colleges at my time, the fee structure was feasible, there was transparency in fee-breakdown. They accept cash, cheque and UPI also. Late fee comes with warning for 1-2months. But after that there was some 1000-2000 rupees extra charges if you fail to pay on due date. Financial problems in family can be discuss with management teams along with parents/guardian.
Fees and Financial Aid
There were several scholarships based on merit. Some were on basis of 10/12 marks. Some of based on JEE ranks. Tution fee waiver scheme was there for good rank holders and financially weak students.
Campus Life
It's a CoEd college. Gender ratio depends on course. Like Civil/ Mechanical engineering courses have a greater male ratio. No union is there in the college. Extracurricular like sports, games held in every semester or once in a 6 months. Internal competition was not there in my time.
Hostel Facilities
No, I was not not in hostel. But few of my friends were. According to them, rooms were good, fooding was also good. There were some good PGs nearby. The rentals was affordable according to them. But in PG they are asking for some security deposit which is refundable. No girls' are allowed in Boys PG and vice-versa. Same for College hostel. So concentrate on study only.
Alumni/Alumna
Seniors were extremely helpful. They treated us like family members. Helping in study, suggestion for betterment and so many cases they used to help. But it matters people to people.
Admission
I got the admission through JEE rank, but there is Management Quota also to get direct admission if seats are left. I chose this college because I saw a couple of good reviews at my time. But I also believe that it's all about what and how much you can give to be successful.
Faculty
As I mentioned above, faculties were extremely good. They provided enough study materials, notes, books to support you. Laboratory/Practical classes helped to visualise all the things that I learnt in theory classes. No additional tutor needed if you are paying enough attention.
