Remarks
Overall through out the course I enjoyed alot. Academic and extracurricular was very strong here. Specifically the best part there was you can meet Deans, registrar or even chancellor without any prior permission and all. They all were available at every time.
Course Curriculum Overview
Exam pattern were designed as per UGC norms, having different levels of difficulty of questions with appropriate weightage. Labs are very well occupied with working apparatuses and equipments. Lab work was more emphasised on practical work.
Placement Experience
Over all placements were good. Hinduja, afcons, SP, TCS, Infosys were some of the good companies were there for placements. And average package was also good. There were alot of opportunities after completion of graduation in various fields.
College Events
Algorythm, techlone, gratus were some the events, I have remembered. But there was also different clubs of all genres maintained by students, they organized events on basis cultural and technology areas.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Fees of my course was very feasible. Around 65000 was academic fees at my time with approximate 40000 of hostel and mess fees including laundry services and wifi services. There was no extra charges for medical services.
Fees and Financial Aid
Scholarships was given purely on the basis of academic achievements and on the basis of economically sound students. there was also recession in fees for sibling brother/sister. Loan facility was provided by banks.
Campus Life
Workshops were held very frequently. There were a lot of guest lecturer from various reputed colleges. Along with cultural and technical programs. There were a global week also in which faculty from different countries come to teach courses.
Hostel Facilities
I am living in my home. I used to travel from home to college daily by local buses. But hostel facility is available in our college. Hostel rooms are big enough for three students, so it is of sharing type.
Alumni/Alumna
Alumni network is very well maintained. They keep updated with alumni on very regular basis. Also they hosts alumni meets in different metro cities to re unite the alumni. Senior attractions was also good.
Admission
Admission is purely based upon rank in JEE and whole process of admission is transparent. Only deserve candidates are addmitted to courses in this university. I choose this course because of my interest. And college has very reputation in this course.
Faculty
All members of faculty of this course was well educated and experienced in industrial or research or in teaching field. Faculty to student ratio was good. and whole cousre was well designed with proper guidelines to cover the syllabus in effective manner.
