Course Curriculum Overview
The curriculum of the course is well formed and well researched. Computer seminars and workshops are also regularly conducted for us to help us understand things in a practical manner. We are also given well equipped laboratories like environmental engg lab, surveying laboratory and many others to enhance our learning experience.
Placement Experience
As I'm a second year student, I'm yet to be familiarized with the placement process. However, I've been told by my seniors that the placement cell is quite active and provide them with training that helps them polish and develop appropriate skills.We also undergo internships for practical learning. The companies which come to the college for recruitment are Pathfront, CMS IT, Q Spider and many others.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fees for the 4 years of B.E. is just approximately 2.4 lakhs which is quite feasible than other engineering colleges. It's pocket friendly. Also, Concessions are provided to some of the meritorious students in the batch.
Campus Life
?Our college is quite active in extracurricular activities. It organizes technical fests and sports events for us. Also seminars and workshops are conducted for us as well as our faculty. We are provided facilities such as air-conditioned laboratories, library, clean and safe hostels and departmental discussions.
Admission
I am currently studying B.E. in Civil Engineering from Amruta Institute. I got my admission through COMEDK Under Graduate Entrance Test through which 30% admissions are done. Many of my batch mates also got in through CET and management quota. The eligibility criteria for my course was minimum 45% of marks in aggregate in PUC. The good reputation of the college encouraged me to opt for it.
Faculty
?Our faculty is quite well educated, having relevant experience in the industry. They help us understand the concepts clearly with the help of latest learning equipments and relevant examples. They are hardworking and are patient with every student making the lectures interesting.
