Likes

I liked about it's campus, as it's a greenary campus.
It has a well maintained canteen where you can get a plate full of meals, that too a veg.
Last thing is they have a bus facility all over Bangalore.

Dislikes

Thing I disliked is that is too far, as it is 32kms away from Bangalore.

Course Curriculum Overview

I chose this course because of upcoming improvements in technologies like AI and cyber security. A student and faculty ratio is 15:1. All faculties are qualified and this college is affiliated to VTU-BELAGAVI. The teaching method is superb and takes care of every single student and when it comes to placement, they train very well. Term exams are at the level of moderate-difficult and a student can crack it with a first class.

Class Size: 30Course Fees: INR 150000 per year

Placement Experience

Students become eligible from the 6th semester itself. They can complete their internships which are on their own or at the college. They even pay a stipend for the interns. Don't know about the companies who hadn't made offers. The highest package offered is 16 LPA and the average is 4 LPA. About 80% of the students get placed. My plan is to open a startup of a game development company.

Fees and Financial Aid

There is no such thing as a fee hike policy. The fee structure will be the same throughout 4 years. There will be Financial assistance for the students who score well. They provide installment in paying fees. Coming to the campus placement, they give full assistance and they'll provide at least 4LPA package company.

Campus Life

Annual fests are conducted and tech fest also takes place but in a low mannered. Student exchange program takes place during debates, seminars, etc. There is a huge library with plenty of books related to engineering, commerce, business administration, etc. The facility in the classroom is they have a projector and a Wi-Fi campus. Sports are conducted every year and they also give importance to extracurricular activities. They have student clubs for drama, science-related quizzes, mechanical teams, etc which all are run by students themselves.

Admission

The eligibility Criteria for this college is to score a minimum of 50% in boards for management quota and KCET and COMEDK. Application forms can be get in the college, no fees for application forms. Dates for the application will be after the exam of the 12th board. Reservation Benefits can be asked for in the college itself. An improvement in the admission process is to provide admission forms online.

Best Kept Secret

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum for this year is the updated one. Its 2025 Scheme for the students. The curriculum is well designed according to the needs of CSE students for real life coding. The curriculum contains all required and updated topics which students from CSE background require to develop excellent skills for jobs and startups. There should be only one internal exam instead of two. Because, two internal exams tend to keep them involved more into college exams leaving very less time to build their extra skills. Thus there should be only one internal exam so that students can build their extra skills.

MIT Manipal's Student Plaza is amazing!

Placement Experience:

MIT Manipal Placements starts at around 6th semester as atleast the training and all starts. So final interviews and all starts for us in the 7th semester and before entering 8th or the final semester most of the placements are already done. I still wants to pursue masters as our university has tie-ups with American universities and our course skills can be bettered with masters is what I feel.

MIT Manipal boast a night life worth spending!

Placement Experience:

Around 47 students in our course and in 2025 36 of them were placed and rest I don't think even applied as jobs were definitely available. Infosys, Polaris and others who are now world famous for building cyber security systems were at MIT Manipal to hire students.

5 month into the cmrit how it unfoleds for the freshers

Placement Experience:

the placements oppurtunity are there and you can grab a very good paackage from here. The highest is around 44 , average is 7 lpa. Students become eligible for final placemnts from 6-7 semester. Companies like thermo fisches , fractal , belc , hitachi and many other, have visited. The percentage of placemnt is quite high but people grabbing more than 30lpa is very few. after degree i want to go for job directly.

From the 7th semester, college starts to prepare you for campus placements the final year students are eligible for placements. Number of companies visited the campus named TCS, Jspiders/Qspisers and Kodnest. The highest package got in the placement is 9lpa and average package is 3.5lpa offered by the companies. 40% of students got placed. Honest and Revealing Review For Amrutha Institute of engineering and management sciences

I did not have even 2% of plan to join this college as it is not my cup of tea and extremely faar for me to travel. I had written my CET exam and I got 25K rank which is an enough score to get admission in any good college in Bangalore. But one silly mistake of mine ruined my entire plan. I messed up the option entry and wanted to apply for Amritha Vishwavidya and landed up applying in Amritha institute of engineering and management sciences.
