Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is highly focused on research. The syllabus is combined with theory, practical, case studies and practice. The exams are application based and test the critical thinking ability of the students.

Placement Experience

The placement and job opportunities in this field is enormous. There are jobs available in both government and private sectors with high educational packages. The college provide one year compulsory internship.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure is as follows: Tuition fee- First year 3,76,000 Second year 3,76,000 Third year 3,76,000 Fourth year 3,76,000. Thus, the total fee for the entire programme is Rs.15,04,000 which is quite expensive.

Campus Life

The college organise extra curricular activities from time to time for holistic development of the students. The college organise many seminars and workshops on various topics. Many cultural events and fests are also organised at the campus.

Admission

Eligibility: 10+2 from a recognised board with a combination of PCB and minimum of 60 per cent marks. Admission forms are available online. Candidate should log in to official website of Guru Govind Singh Indraprastha University and apply online. Admission will be granted on the basis of scores obtained in NEET followed by counselling.

Faculty

The faculty is highly qualified and dedicated. They have many years of experience which provide greater insights to the students. They give more emphasis to student response time in the classroom. They are very helpful and supportive.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is very well structured and includes detailed study of all the aspects of medicine which is very relevant in today's world. Since mbbs curriculum is more about practical and less about theory we get a really good patient exposure which makes us ready to deal with patient problems in real life. The course curriculum can be made a little less hectic as in fourth year there are 11 subjects to cover so they can be distributed equally in all the other years and teaching methods can be made more interactive instead of professors just reading the slides monotonously

Experience of our college

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course curriculum are good but need some improvement.there is 3 subject in 1st year and 3 subject in 2nd year and only 2 subject in 3rd year and 11 subject in last 4th year so last year very tough.we need some more subject in 3rd year even 1st and 2nd year so we got some less headache in final year.

A good quality and thorough training

Course Curriculum Overview:

Curriculum of mbbs is very comprehensive and makes you capable of handling medical emergencies, and not miss out on diagnosing critical cases. With the new CBME curriculum by nmc in place, additional focus is also given on the AETCOM (attitude, ethics and communication) module which is aimed at improving the quality of healthcare professionals produced by this country.

Students usually go for specialty courses and dont immediately start doing job , or they do residency which is around 6-7 years also depends course to course , in residency a person earns around 80000-90000 per month

A nice yet small college in delhi

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is decided by the NMC therefore it is same for all of the doctors. Our college has a good clinical exposure and thus we learn a lot. The course prepares you well, but you always have to learn by yourself. In the area of clinical expertise the treatment of common disease must be taught separately. We have exams Nearly every 3 months, which can be tough to manage, considering that you have to score an average of more than 50% in them . Difficulty level is intermediate

I got admission through neet UG exam and before the exam we have to apply for this college in GGIPU under which the college is and we have to upload the marks and rank in the website. Thecut off for each year varies but usually between 20000 to 30000 ranks. 80 % of seats are reserved for children of army personnel and 20% for Delhi SC ST students.
