College review

College management is not good and to conclude the faculty is not good in this college so its hard for student to complete courses

Learning was not that good in this course curriculum. The curriculum was not groomed to provide industry specific knowledge to students and this institution doesn't provide campus placements. No,there were no industrial visits weren't organized for the students

Tata consultancy services visited the campus for placements of my course. General steps would include interview. I don't know about the percentage of placements. The institution didn't take special steps to prepare the students for placements season

Social week, fresher's, cultural programmes, sports etc are held. They're quite big as many students participate and come to the events and the participation is quite big too as a lot of students participate in these events they're quite fun and important to the students

The fee structure is feasible and mode of payments include offline submission of payment to the bank and online portals. No additional charges are held to paid in order to secure an admission to my course and yes the college provides transparency in the fee breakdown

I haven't opted for any scholarships or education loan because i didn't need it and i could pay the fees.

Campus life is quite good, gender ratio is good and the college is quite diverse. Hindu, muslim, Assamese, tribal, african every kind of students take admission in thus college. No dorm parties are held in the college. Workshops and cultural programmes are held from time to time.

No, i haven't opted for hostels. But the rooms are nice and no its not sharing in case hostel seats are few. The pg's around the campus usually take 2000 to 3000 to be paid for a student. Facilities to meet the quality standarts aren't available

Alumni network is quite helpful and seniors are helpful too in providing notes and advice. They are quite friendly and they had a good effect on my experience

I opted for this course because i like computers and was into computer programming. I chose this institution because it is close to my home. For the admission procedure first i had to give an entrance exam and when i passed i had to give an interview to get enrolled in this institution

Around 30 to 40 lecturers in our department. The average age of them would be 40 years old and mostly Phd's. They were mediocre teachers and not an expert at all. Their teachings weren't clear and understandable to the students. The lectures did not hold any relevant industry experience or certifications
