I like the environment of adtu its so good for studying cold weather, no noise and about the classes its good i think the ration of boys and girls is 50/50

Adtu does not provide us enough holidays , not enough college functions and competition

Course Curriculum Overview

India is a developing country. We need civil engineers for constructions of roads, dams, railway, and many more so we need many innovative youths for that. And i want to make our roads more better . Thats thought encouraged me to choose this course

Internships Opportunities

They provide internships to many companies and iit Guwahati and for the medical students we have our our hospital so the internship facilities are good they gives many opportunities for students to go freely for internships

Fees and Financial Aid

For the first sem i paid 50000 and 50000 again for 2nd sem in a year I have paid 40000 as administrative fee, 30000 for admission and 10000 as security deposit As for the scholarship, our college gives us a scholarship of 15000 every year

Campus Life

We held a big festival call attitude in our university. In is held for 3 days 1 day for competitions of esports, sports, dance etc and 1 day for musical concerts and 1 day for dj night The club activities are bad in ADTU students don't care about club

Admission

Adtu is located in north east. The weather conditions are good in north east. Good weather conditions is also needed for students and adtu makes many placements for students thats y i chose this university

Faculty

In our faculty he have mentor for every sem, the teacher in faculty are good they helps us in many problems There are 3 exams in s semester 2 sessional for 30 marks and 1 end semester exam for 60 marks There is also practical exam before end sem exam

Night Life

Night life in adtu is good we can get any kind of items necessary for day to day life and for studying purposes. There is no crime or scared to go out at night . We can go freely at light the licality are good

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible to participate for Internship placements from 3rd year and FTE offer from 4th year starting. Overall the placements scenarios are pretty good considering it to be a NIT. The overall highest package goes to around 80 lac plus and the average package lies around 18 to 20 lac for CSE Department. The opportunities are great with companies like Amazon, Microsoft, Nvidia coming for on campus opportunities providing agreat experience

Let's have a look what is going on inside NIT Silchar

Placement Experience:

From 5th sem students are allowed to participate in oncampus summar internship and from. 7th semester starting they are allowed for 6 month internship and Full time roles . There is a Training and placement Cell in our college there are some heads of this cell they are senior professors and it have final year students in senior coordinator position and 3 rd year study as probationary. Students bring the companies which fulfills the criteria of TNP cell and each company have their own eligibility criteria and selection procedure. Mostly companies allows 6 cgpa without any active backlog students . But some high paying companies requires 7 or more cgpa . In 3rd year Cisco , microsoft, public sapiens, Tech Mahindra, Accenture ,Oracle and many more companies visited in our campus and hired good amounts of students for summer internship and mostly offers full time role as ppo to students. In 4th year a lots of company like Novartis, amazon, flipkart,aditya birla, Cisco , Deloitte, oracle,ukg, Motorola, siemens , IBM and many more startups visited college and hired .Some paid 15+ CTC and some 6 to 10 CTC . Almost 40% of students are placed till December this year from each branch . Personally I'm planning for taking chances to get an online internship and then try to go for higher studies abroad in automation and robotics.

NIT Silchar Review: Campus, Career and Career Prospects

Placement Experience:

NIT Silchar has decent placement stat. Approx 75 percent student got placement from campus and they got decent package. In NIT Silchar from 7th semester students are eligible for placement and company comes whole year for recruiting. Approx 100 company visit the college throughout the year. In tech Google, Microsoft, Amazon, Walmart and more companies come. For core L&T, Adani, Tata Steel and more companies come. For service base Infosys, TCS, Wipro will come and give good offer. Highest package will come from tech company and that is 52lpa and average from all companies will lie from 10 to 12 lpa . My plans is that in my 4th year atleast I will get one job. If I don't get job then I will try from off campus or giving paper for government job

Great college with decent infrastructure and a large campus

Placement Experience:

The placements here are actually decent. The average package for my branch was around 13.5 LPA last year and branches like CSE, EC and EI have a higher average package generally. The campus is visited by almost all of the top companies including Google, Adobe, Facebook, etc. The detailed placement records are available on the website of the institute.The percentage of students getting placed ranges anywhere between 70 percent to 92 percent. I plan to get an M.Tech degree after completing my B.Tech course from an IIT if possible.

Not good at all placements. Worst placement college that is ever been. They couldn't get companies coming to this college after such long times. The only companies which comes gives packeges as low as 200000 per annum. which is worst in these present times.
