The teacher are so good .and the timeing of the classes is good also
College canteen..the college canteen was so good . everything is available in the canteen
Fess.. the exm fess and admission fees is less than other universities

Dislikes

Practical room ..the practical room is not so good
Ragging..some seniors are doing ragging of junior students

I was a Bachelor of science ( mathematics student) In the Assam University..the course is really good compared to other.. but the subjects are so hard the university marking system is good..so I love the Assam University

Class Size: 100Course Fees: INR 8000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The total fees of the financial year is 8000 . where 4200 is the admission cost and 3050 is the exam fee.. moreover 400 is the practical fees Nd ..but if we have backlog then per subject backlog fees is 150 rupes and other are for lab quivements etc

Campus Life

The campus of Assam University is really nice.. there are lots of tree in the college campuses ..there are lots of branch available for setting with Frnds..in Assam University there are so many clubs available like football club , cricket club etc

Admission

I was applied for the dibrugarh university but I didn't get set in the dibrugarh university..but Assam University is also good..Frist of all we need a enrollment number with our details and thn we need 10 and 12 marksheet ,12 pass cirtificate and Bank details..thn we need income certificate for admission in Assam University also 800 rupes for admission if We have income certificate

There are 70 Marks of theory paper and 30 is internal of the major paper but in the general paper there are 50 marks of theory paper 30 is practical and 20 is internal .. the exam are conducted in every 6 months..Frist odd thn Even..

A comprehensive review

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose the course because I like Mathematics & Physicss and I want to know more about the subject the course. The faculty is very supportive And helpful. The faculty members are all qualified MSC and PhD in Mathematics. They are very good teachers. Besides the semester examination, there are some class tests held by the faculty. As the subject is very informative the students studied hard to pass the exam.

The Assam university in a nutshell

This is the only collage i got through the JOSAA counselling i applied to many collage including the collage in near my locality but i didnt got any of them because of my low jee rank . the admission process was easy after the JOSAA allotment i cam to collage and regestred the copy of physical documets and got the admission confirmation . there was no additional exam involed just thejee rank is taken after allotment i didnt have to give any other exams or interview....Read More

ASSAM UNIVERSITY SILCHAR , THE GOOD THE BAD AND THE UGLY

i applied to many collages including nit and other collages and in multiple branches in JOSAA and CSAB but this collage is the only option i got so i chose this collage . The admission was pretty straight forward students got through JOSAA or CSAB came to the collage on conselling day and submitted the required document which incuded the * 12th marks sheet * 10th mark sheet , * caste cetificate * Income certificate * 3 passport size photos * Anti ragging certificate ( made by a lawyer ) and any other basic required document inculing the coulselling result print out with the paid amount document .there is also spot addmission if seates are left and it is avaliable for various catagory student from different states ....Read More
