My experience at my university.

Chandigarh University is the best university not because I am a student of this university but because of the facilities and their efforts which they continuously put for students and their growth and last year university also get NAAC A+ accreditation.

If I am talking about the curriculum and exam structure of University it is quite fair and visible to students. The curriculum of my stream is designed by experts so that we can get ready for the industry by providing us knowledge of current technology like CAD software and providing us special lectures on quality improvement techniques by field professionals from various international as well as well known universities of our nation and also by professionals of the industry.

If I am about placements at Chandigarh University, it is simply the best, University do lots of work on students by providing them best companies for their placements and they also help students to get ready for placement by providing special classes of communication skills and aptitude so that we can clear phases of placement drive and get placed in top companies of our field like indigo, Godrej, Tata, Vardhman and many more. In my batch, more than 80% of students are placed and also at this critical time placements are still going on by online mode.

It is the best part of Chandigarh University as events and festivals are frequently held here where students and faculty enjoy their life on campus. Cu fest is the biggest and most awaited festival held every year in the university which continuously celebrated in university for a week and so many events are organised at this festival. Apart from this big festival so, many other events are organised in university approximately every month for students where they can enjoy their campus life and in these festivals, most popular celebrity come in university to give live performances.

Fee Structure of my course is good if I compare with other universities with this kind of facilities and environment. For my course at my time, it was 70000 for per semester and no other charges are taken by University except cu fest charges and exam fee and all this record is present at claims of every student from where they can also download fee receipt anytime and anywhere.

There are so many Schorlship opportunities for students like scholarship by cucet exam which is taken by University at time of admission and other scholarships are present here like topper scholarship and sibling scholarship and scholarship to alumni of University. Procedure to apply Scholarship is very easy at Chandigarh University, students can apply online from CUIMS as well as by offline mode by going to the scholarship department of University. loan department of University is very helpful for students from where they can get required knowledge and guidance to get education loan from the university as well as from their own banks.

Campus life at Chandigarh University is simply the best for everyone because here at Chandigarh University there are so many options for students to enjoy and to improve their skills in their field. Students from every State are present here and from foreign countries also.

Alumni network of Chandigarh University is very strong University organise events for their alumni and senior students of University are also helpful they guide their juniors about everything which is important for them like placement, academic, projects.

I always have an inclination towards mechanical engineering from my childhood days, especially in I.C. engines. Down my way Chandigarh University is the best option for me to explore this field with best facilities and environment where I can interact with so many technocrats. I visit the admission block of University at the time of admission and there I got counselling for my education by counsel present in the admission block of University.

Teachers of my field at Chandigarh University are very helpful for us at every step and they always guide us to achieve our goals by providing correct knowledge. Minimum qualification of teachers is Mtech but most of the teachers in Chandigarh University are done PhD and some of them are doing and this is the main reason that teachers always push us to do something in our field.
