Remarks

The college is the one of the best in the south india interms of every aspect. It's known as the Aligarh of the South India. There is world in the campus. We can see good infrastructure and faculties for doing their best. The quality of education and life lessons learnt from here will help the students to be successful in his life

Course Curriculum Overview

5

The curriculum is well structured and it helps the students to create a heuristic mind. They are based on relevant things and create a strong base for higher studies or research oriented work. Apart from that, the atmosphere that prevails in the campus make the individual more stronger and professional. There will be Campus placement offers from companies like Wipro. There is a special staff who is assigned to co ordinate the work.

Placement Experience

4

This is an arts and science College not a professional college. So there are few number of companies who make campus placement. The companies which make the Campus recruitment is Computer or software based companies who look after to get young adults with good knowledge in the field of programming

College Events

5

There are several events get celebrated in the college. Some of them are Union Inauguration, Fine arts inauguration, Arts day, Sports day, College Day, Hostel day, Management fest, International seminar of different departments, Victory day, etc. Every student will try to be the part of the program regardless of no matter the situation is. That's why every celebration became more special and memorable

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee of the college is very negligible if compared with the other college. Students have to pay only the fees structure put forward by the University which is equal to everyone who studies under the University. But there is an exception in the case of students from the backward section of society. Moreover every one pf them will apply for the grants and scholarships from government. So paying the fees is not a big deal. The whole students aggregate scholarship amount will be more the 25 Crores which is remarkably large enough

Fees and Financial Aid

Actually the college provide the scholarship or financial support for those who are eligible. The college appointed a staff eho is in charge for scholarship. He makes periodical announcement when the new scholarship is ready to apply and the same thing will be announced thourough mics and a copy of that will be given to each class room and notice board

Campus Life

5

The campus life is the core part of the campus. The college provide 3 hostel for boys and 5 hostel for girls. There are several private hostels too. The number of girls is higher than the number of boys. It may be because of the reason that the admission is based on merit. Extra curricular activities is outstanding. Students became more independent eith family and try to mingle with people from different sections of society. They live like a family with harmony. Any kind of discrimination based on caste, class, sex, religion reace ethnicity will not be there

Alumni/Alumna

There is loving relationship with seniors. After all they are like brother. There is a good relationship between juniors and seniors Coming to the alumni, it's know as FOSA. They are providing various supports for college in the form of money and others. They will renovate the building, provide financial support for those who are eligible to get it. They provide meritorious award to the students of a batch considering the curricular as well as the non curricular or extra curricular activities.

Admission

The admission is mostly based on the marks obtained by the candidates in Higher secondary board examination. After the result of Higher secondary exam is published, the intrested candidates who wish to join the college can directly apply thourough the admission portal of the college. They have to remit the application in the form of online transfer. Once the time is over, the college will make a trail allotment followed by the first allotment. Candidates who got selection in the first allotment can join the college in the prescribed time limit. Then it will be followed by second allotment. This is the exact procedure for taking admission to the college since it a Autonomous college working under or affiliated to University of Calicut Coming to my case, I were seriously obsessed with the study about science especially Mathematics. Thats why I selected the college for my higher studies in the field of mathematics. Moreover the department is well known for its achievement The dates of admission will begin right after the publication of higher secondary exam result which will be probably out in May. Trail allotment will be published by the end of May and first allotment will be published in the first week of july. These are the tentative date for the admission

Faculty

4.5

Out departments have 7 faculties who are proven the best in the discipline of their subject. Most of them are secured doctorate for their innovative and best work. They always work along withe the children for the improvement of students. They always act as a mentor or facilitator for students. They are very flexible in some areas. They help the students to feel the wisdom or infinity

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course curriculum is almost best. Curriculum doesn't influenced me in deciding this course. Curriculum should add internships. Currently there is no mandatory internship, if students are interested they can do internship during vacations. As we are learning psychology which need to be practiced in real world settings, curriculum must include real world training to help students understand things more effectively. Currently intervel between exams are non existent. Internal exams, then semester exams, you blink once, next internal exams, followed by semester exams. Syllabus is understandable, can learn if you try. Exams are also manageable. Real world examples and stories can be included in teaching methods, as psychology is related to humans and human interaction, to get better grasp of concepts. Rather than focusing on passing exam, should focus on the concepts and understand them in-depth. There are a lot of theories to study by heart. And there are many repetitive topics that overlap, but in different semesters.

I feel in love with mathematics in plus two time. The coursee are more application based when compared to other. Out college being an autonomous college has good grip to keep up to the level of good education. Overall teaching methods and syllabus are very good. Frequency of exams are troublesome during the last time of year because all the programmes like youth festival annual day etc come together

Course Curriculum Overview:

My course is Bsc Biotechnology. It is a research associated course. Its main scope is in research. But in every industry let it be medical or industrial a biotechnologist is required. I would like more practical knowledge than theory knowledge in this course as it is needed to be implemented in labs hands on experience is essential. Exams are conducted every 6 months as semester. Class tests and model exams are conducted frequently. Assignments, projects, seminar ,etc.. are given every month.
