I loved the campus life here.College has a very big campus
Boys to girls Ratio is 40:60 here.Girls are more here.
Teachers are well trained and have great skills.

Dislikes

i dont like the hostel facility here.so many problems are there
there are no good food spots near the college
there are no placements and no internships are provided here for our course

Course Curriculum Overview

i choose bcom with computer applications specialisation.it is good course for commerce students.we will improve in the accounts section and good for improving our accounting skills.i think there should be improvements like industrial visits frequently for good knowledge.

Class Size: 70Course Fees: INR 100000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

i am studying in self financing course here,so each sem i am paying approx 12000.there are 6 sems in total,so it will be approx 80k.I dont get any scholarships. I applied but didnt got.caution fees is 2000 and is refundable when we complete the course.lab fees and all other fees are included in the admission fees which is 20k approx.

Campus Life

Campus life is great here.there are many programmes conducted by various departments annually.college is also having a union every year and they conduct various programmes to entertain students.there are many clubs here like stepz for dance vibez for music etc.

Admission

Farook College is one of the Greatest Colleges in Kerala and the Campus is Very Big Compared to Other Colleges in Calicut.I got Admission in JDT college but not choose it and i got management seat here.so i choose here.admission process is quite long and we have to work hard for the admission here.

Faculty

faculty here are good.there are many faculties which help us in each thing.Exams are in autonomous system and it is good for us.everything is going fast and smooth.there are 6 semester exams and it is almost easy ones if we study good.

Placement Experience:

The students become eligible for campus placements in there 6th semester during 3rd year. The students has to score highest grades and should be capable of any skills and has to showed up in academic skills are eligible for getting placements. Sometimes the federal banks and other service centres approached the college for placing the students. The students from our department are placed in companies like( Tata Consultancy services and Accenture) . I think the highest package and average packages are around 25000. After all, my plans are degree is to getting placed in any reputed companies and further more.
