Course Curriculum Overview

3

Main reason to choose bsc computer science is because of a well structured curriculum. The curriculum is structured by focusing the higher studies. Practical aspects of the curriculum must be improved and the curriculum must be designed with advanced technology. Exam structure is well planned and developed. The difficulty level of the exams are moderate

Placement Experience

4

The placement of Amal College is very good. Many abroad companies will come to recruitment, especially from countries like UAE, Saudi Arabia etc. The minimum salary package of the placements are 3.5 LPA. The management is working very hard to get placement for students

Fees and Financial Aid

Tution fees for bsc computer science typically range from 3500 to 9500. Other than the tution fee there are many other fees that a student must pay, Which include Ktu affiliation fee which is 790, Arts and sports fee of 530, Exam fee of 4890, Id card and insurance handbook fee of 250

Campus Life

4

My college provided a magnificent campus life.My college conducts many festivals like freshers day, union inauguration, food fest, onam programmes, valentines day etc. My college has a great library with varieties of books. Classrooms are smart classrooms which provide a projector in every class

Admission

I choose Amal college over other colleges because of the vibrant campus atmosphere. Amal college provides placements with high salary packages. One of the main reason for choosing Amal college is because of the physical training

Faculty

4

My college provides good faculties. Faculties in my department are very friendly. Most of the faculties are aged below 30. HOD of our department is very strict. All the faculties are highly qualified. Exams at our college is a bit problematic, with issues like delayed exam timetables and sometimes the results are delayed

Night Life

1

Night life in my college is very poor. The management won't allow students stay at the college after 6:00 PM. There many hangout places outside the college especially cafeterias. Most of the student are roaming through the cafeterias during night

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course curriculum is almost best. Curriculum doesn't influenced me in deciding this course. Curriculum should add internships. Currently there is no mandatory internship, if students are interested they can do internship during vacations. As we are learning psychology which need to be practiced in real world settings, curriculum must include real world training to help students understand things more effectively. Currently intervel between exams are non existent. Internal exams, then semester exams, you blink once, next internal exams, followed by semester exams. Syllabus is understandable, can learn if you try. Exams are also manageable. Real world examples and stories can be included in teaching methods, as psychology is related to humans and human interaction, to get better grasp of concepts. Rather than focusing on passing exam, should focus on the concepts and understand them in-depth. There are a lot of theories to study by heart. And there are many repetitive topics that overlap, but in different semesters.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I feel in love with mathematics in plus two time. The coursee are more application based when compared to other. Out college being an autonomous college has good grip to keep up to the level of good education. Overall teaching methods and syllabus are very good. Frequency of exams are troublesome during the last time of year because all the programmes like youth festival annual day etc come together

Course Curriculum Overview:

My course is Bsc Biotechnology. It is a research associated course. Its main scope is in research. But in every industry let it be medical or industrial a biotechnologist is required. I would like more practical knowledge than theory knowledge in this course as it is needed to be implemented in labs hands on experience is essential. Exams are conducted every 6 months as semester. Class tests and model exams are conducted frequently. Assignments, projects, seminar ,etc.. are given every month.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose Bsc electronics, it has an attractive curriculum and some of them are influenced me in some way. The facilities are well-known about the curriculum preparing and all. The current curriculum is good but it needs some changes. Include more practicals is one of my suggestion. Teaching methods are good it doesn't need any change. Exams are conducted by Kerala University, so the college can't do anything in main exams but the college will complete all the portions before the exam date it is sure.
