Course Curriculum Overview

4

The course made me a good product and I got placed one of the busiest Airport in the world. The college was very strict on keeping grooming standards and improving your English knowledge which later helped me in becoming a successful employee. Several industrial trips were made to Big hotels during the course.

Placement Experience

3.5

The college helped me in getting training at the Leela Hotel, Mumbai right after the exams are over.

College Events

3.5

Apart from regular college day and arts festival college had conducted several industry related events. I was part of two events one was a food festival and the other one is Limca Book of records winning event "101 types of Pathiris". Every events organized by the department were big and new to the town.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Apart from admission fee, we had to pay RS10000 for extra curricular activities and had to find some amount whenever college conducted any events, there was a mandatory all India tour which costed around RS20000. The college didn't charge any hidden fees.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions

No, I didn't go for any scholarship because the course was free yet there were a bit expenses because it had a lot of extra curricular activities.

Campus Life

3.5

Not really had a great campus life, number of female students were higher than males. College was run by a religious affiliated group so they were more orthodox type. Orphans had reserved seats in college which is a great thing and another great thing is that management students were able to mingle with other department's students.

Alumni/Alumna

Yes, we had Alumnis who were placed in good jobs visiting us regularly on the request of our teachers, they were polite enough to clear our doubts regarding the industry.

Admission

I opted the tourism and hotel management course because which guaranteed job opportunity. I joined the course through entrance and I was heard that the removed the entrance system now. Now the admission process are normal like you'll have to apply at the college and they will call you on merit basis.

Faculty

4

Only one faculty in my department had proper qualifications but the rest had proper Industry experience. The cooking teacher was an experienced chef from the industry with vast knowledge, the HOD had experience in a Leading property in Chennai. The tourism teacher was well qualified.
