Although Courses may vary in size, subjects, matter or level, a systematic process will help us to continue our course and the syllabus to effectively which instructional goals. Effective course design begins with understanding that we students can easily learn.

Class Size: 50Course Fees: INR 250000 per year

Placement Experience

In our college, 75-80% of students are placed in our course. The recruiting companies are Sasken, Jackson LTD, AMDocs, AISGLASS etc.

College Events

We have many cultural and technical events. Social working annual sports. We use to celebrate in some special events like 15th August, Republic Day, New Year, Holi etc. Our college also like to some inter debating competitions to increase our knowledge and vocabulary on.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Our college provides us with a course free structure. We can pay the semester fee by UPI, Paytm, Google pay, Phone pay, NEFT and also making a draft copy from Respective banks. There are no addtional fees that have to be paid in order to secure an admission to our course.

Fees and Financial Aid

We have not opted Any scholarship or educational loan. As our college has a low course fee so there is nothing about the scholarship.

Alumni/Alumna

In our college, all our seniors are very helpful and co-operative. We always get educational or any study-related Help from our senior.

Admission

We got admission in this college through the joint entrance exam. The factors to choose this college is nearby to my house, every kind of facilities like teaching, lab, library, internet seminar very well is known by friends and my financial situation is not a very good package of this course are comparatively less than the other colleges so I choose this college.

Faculty

All our faculty members are highly qualified and through their teaching, it provides that they are highly knowledgeable. We are very greatful that all our teachers help us out in our education whenever we have any misunderstanding in any. The course curriculum is relevant and this also make the students industry-ready.

Placement Experience:

Well as far as mh knowledge students get to placements from 6th semester itself . Well there are placement classes from 3rd semester itself . The placement track record of the college is quite good with most year about 90% gets placed with good companies comming like Deloitte, EY GDS , JP MORGAN, Oracle , offering high amount of placement offers like around 20+ lpa . Well I am not sure about my plans maybe if the palacement is good I'll take it or will be preparing for GATE (Whose courses are also provided from college .)

Course Curriculum Overview:

-> CSE is the main stream because under this, other courses like Cybersecurity can be learned as extra courses, while still learning things that are very important like DSA and DAA. -> Everything is taught slightly fast and students have to keep up everyday. Even one class missed will be heavy on studying. -> The mic quality in some classes are bad and should be improved. It's impossible to understand what the teachers says when using them. -> Usually term exams start one month after the start of a semester, with the Semester exam being held 3 months later.

I have not yet reached the placement time because i am a fresher. But more than 1000 offers are made to students and placements are pretty good as i got to know from my seniors. The highest package from chemical branch was 75 lacs last year.

Don't be a minimum guy, Choose GKCEM

It’s Greater Kolkata College of engg and mgmt. under JIS group is one of the best colleges around for students. Though my department of Mechanical Engineering is favorite for its labs, facilities, faculties and it is as good in other sections also. Certainly, our college provides adequate infrastructure and quality teaching of the faculty members here. This college is affiliated to MAKAUT University and many top companies visit the campus during placements. The senior are quite helpful to the juniors.Its an anti ragging campus.
