Remarks

Overall it's a good college. It is 3rd in rank after IEM and heritage. Campusing is good and the curriculum is taught thoroughly.

Course Curriculum Overview

It is a semester wise exam. There will be internals. and industrial training after 6th sem. Campusing happens in the 7th sem. You will have an internal exam for the lab and a normal test. Teachers are good. They take lab exam seriously.

Placement Experience

No internship is provided by the college. Techno has centralised campusing so it does not matter you are studing in main campus or different college of techno. But overall campusing is good on campus around 70% will be placed.

College Events

Our college has a cultural festival Anakhouronos. Various stars are called to perform. Generally, it's a 3 days fest. we also have tech fest. It is one of the biggest in the northeast. A total of +10lakhs are given as prize distribution in tech fest.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The campus provides a loan facility from PNB bank. Also in MAKAUT, we have a TFW facility. The ones who are financially weak can avail discount in fees. The concession are provided on the basis of merit.

Fees and Financial Aid

No, a scholarship is given by the college. It is provided by the university. TFW scheme is there for financially weak student.

Campus Life

The college has various cultural fest. You can participate in that. If you wish. gender ratio depends on the class. If you are in civil then there will be all boys and if you are in food tech then most girls. It depends on the stream.

Hostel Facilities

I have not taken the hostel. The college does not have a hostel facility but you can get accommodation in PG. There are various PG in sector 5. Students outside of Kolkata generally live there. It depends on how much you want to invest.

Alumni/Alumna

Seniors come handly during campusing. They share their review and groom us for interview.

Admission

WEST BENGAL JOINT ENTRANCE EXAM. Then there will be counselling and on the basis of merit, you will be selected. A student with 8000 ranks will get selected. There is also a management quota in the college.

Faculty

All are senior faculty. They have atleast 10 years of experience in teaching. Mandatory attendance in the semester otherwise internal marks are given very little. They clear your doubt if you are interested.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I read in CSE(AIML) AI ML perspective and couse curriculam inluenced me to admit in college. Teachers often make real-world applications gor any pariculatr topic. I think more practical based an implement based curriculam should be added rather than more theorital subs. Most case college is form 9am -5 pm Like (9-5 job) .

Placement Experience:

From fifth semester you are eligible for the intership . And from seventh semester you are eligible for the placement. Many companies visited our college such as TCS , IBM ,COGIZINANT, amd many more . The highest package is around 15 lpa and the average package is 4 - 5 lpa . The placement ratio is around 80 - 85 %

Placement Experience:

Students generally start getting their pre-placement offers from their 3rd year after completion of their internships other students gets their placement too in their final year. Starting from Apple to Google and Microsoft too hired some of our senior but the number of the students get placed in those tech giant companies is very less but there are mass recruiters too like TCS infosys PW chaitanya education TATA steel BHARAT petroleum and many other companies the offers are made based upon the eligibility of the students and the packages are decided based on the skillset and experience of the students . Highest package was 70 LPA this year and the average packages are also pretty good based upom the companies and their offers it ranges from 15-30 LPA .Almost 80-83% students gets placed but it depends on the branch of the students and their skillsets.I want to sit for GATE exam after completion of my BTech and want to persue MTech

This college is west bengal no 2 private college according to NIRF data and also placement basis. And techno has better quality in education rather than other college. No i was not get rejected from other college beacuse i want this college.
