Course Curriculum Overview

The course structure is really nice. You have to appear for 2 semester in a year. Every semester some new subjects depending of your course. It helps to know about more subjects without having the pressure of remembering whole thing.

Technical event:2 mini fest & one annual fest The name of this club is explorica Cultural event:Freshers' welcome, main fest i. e the cultural night & many more. Name of club is Culrav. Film making club:Estrella Sports club:Soortivo.In our college state championship of chess was also done.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee structure is exactly same as the govt decided fee structure for MAKAUT university. 40k for 1st year per semester 41k for 2nd year per semester 42k for 3rd year per semester 43k for 4th year per semester

Fees and Financial Aid

For the economically backward but meritorious students our college has some special discount. But that varies from one person to another in the basis of their merit & economical condition. Apart form this many students are there who take bank loan for the semester fees.

There are almost equal number of male & female students. Not only that they are also equally treated if it's academics or sports or any other thing. There are 4 clubs. 1.Technical club 2.Cultural club 3.Sports club 4.Film making club

Seniors are really helpful. They don't even ragg. There is a very friendly relationship between seniors & juniors. They suggest how to study, what to do in future or how to crack the campus interview & crack it.

Through WBJEE the admission is done based on your rank. You may also use your JEEmains rank for admission purpose. According to your choice of stream & your rank you will get the admission. If your rank matches with their criteria then only.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Personally i opted for electrical and electronics instead of the branch of my choice is because my scores were not enough to secure a seat in CSE. But EEE is pretty cool as well for those willing to grow in this branch. Our curriculum exposes us to the rapidly growing sectors in the industry and educates us of all we need to know about the course in depth. If you want to continue ahead in a research field, this Institute is the most supportive. The exam questions are also relevant enough and considering we only need to actually stress over end semesters, its fair enough per semester. It would be better if our professors removed the attendance criteria rest im fine with everything else

FIEM - The Nooks and Corners !

There were few colleges I applied to based on my WBJEE ranks . There was St. thomas college, techno college , heritage , msit and many more . If you know the way of how WBJEE admissions work , you will know we need to give a list of college and they would choose according to our preference and rank . Now according to that , I got this college . Well, if telling why I didn't get applied in other colleges which were much better it was due to my WBJEE rank , which was not that upto mark . Talking about the admission process , its just following the process of WBJEE admissions and on admission day providig the necessary documents needed by the college which will be informed ( or maybe we need to know) . If we talking about cut offs it changes every year so we need to look after it from previous years' cut off list . Also , you need to have atleast a good percent in both ICSE and ISC for admission....Read More
