If you want to be a better human you should be here. This campus not only teach me subjects from my stream but it teaches me about moral values. It also teaches me not to differentiate between two human in terms of class, region or economy. To get a life you should try it atleast once.
Course Curriculum Overview
Its a semester wise exam structure which took place in a span of 6 months. Its a branch which is equivalent to civil engineering. Placement scenario not so good now a days. Every year around 60% students get placed.
Placement Experience
93% placement record. The highest package:39 LPA, the lowest package 4lpa. Average 9lpa was offered. Top recruiters include Google, Amazon, Facebook, Samsung, TATA, Adobe, Goldman Sachs, Texas Instruments, Microsoft, Reliance, De Shaw, Paytm recruited the students. Students got internships from major companies like Samsung, Yamaha, Bajaj, Yahoo.
College Events
We have Srijan, turn, convolution and departmental fests. Connectivity is very good as it connects Jadabpur railway station and 8B bus stand. Scholarship are available though mostly not required as fees is minimum. The fees for all engineering courses except IT is Rs 5, 710/- for two years and for IT is Rs 30, 860 for one year.

Fees and Financial Aid
Scolarship given for tution fees to poor class background. Almunus foundation also give scolarship to the students with poor economical background but have a good academic result. Mess committee of hostel also consider hostel fees for poor students.
Campus Life
Freshers - CIIPPUS These are for department like construction, it, instrumentation, printing& power. U-Turn(tech fest) Various kind of technical events like science project, robotics held here. Sanskriti(fest) Renowned artists from different corners of India come here to perform in OAT(open air theatre). The atmosphere is electrifying.
Hostel Facilities
Yes, Hostel facilities are economical & have a large number of basic facilities. Hostel contains a messing facilities supervised by mess committee run by students. Have internet connection. Also have a ground inside. Gym & indoor game facilities are there.
Alumni/Alumna
Huge and wide. I would say one of the best you will find many jadavpurian in every good company. Alumni network is very strong. They are very helpful. Provide scolarship to poor students who had a good academic activities. Also alumnus organised a Football EkadoshI every year which will played by various generation of alumni.
Admission
Through wbjee exam. One need to appear In exam and based on AIR selection is done and obviously being the best college in Kolkata one needs to score a rank within 1000 AIR to get into it although a proper portal is there for selection.
Faculty
All are phds and are really interested specially few of the faculties are really good you feel like you are being taught in some special coaching and they even generates a keen interest in students also.
