Remarks

Overall the college is too good in terms of Academic and non academic profiles. College give opportunity to the students in evry field they can outrage their performance and showcase their talents. Good in terms of academics

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

It was year wise examination. We had internals before every end term examination. The paper was set by the University of culcutta and was check led by them itself. The system was tht we were allotted exam centre for sitting in exam

Placement Experience

3.5

Placements and job opportunity was well provided to the final year students. Any vacancy in any corporate or psu were timely put up on the notice board so that students can easily come to know about the details of examination and companies.

College Events

4.5

Cultural fest, picnics were the most amazing thing we were taken out from the city, industrial visits for us were to good exposure, sports day was conducted during winters evry year and was really full of enthusiasm

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fees structure for 1st year was 2300 and it was taken in quarterly basis for the second year it was 3200 and for the third year it was 3500. The fees was very minimal and affordable for students who belongs from weak financial background

Fees and Financial Aid

Scholarship. Was provided by the college authority to the students who belongs from poor financial background and less fees structure was there for who belonged from St sc category. They were given a good rebate in the fees structure

Campus Life

3.5

Extracurricular activity was too much promoted in our college. Starting from debate to yoga sessions to dance. Each floor of the college had a common room provided which was fully equipped with sports indoor games carroms etc. Students enjoyed spending time there

Hostel Facilities

4

No i have not opted for hostel. Hostel was provided by the college but was very far from the college and was not good enough for proper stay for 3 consequtive years. Food was not good and was not worth opting for it

Alumni/Alumna

Alumni and seniors were not so good as they should be. They showed that attitude of being senior and behaved to juniors in bad way. This was really not expected from them and even many complaints were filled against them for their ill behavior

Admission

After passing class 12th filled the university form and was selected on basis of merit list. Then the admission process was conducted smoothly. There was no further interview session only documents were reviewed and checked

Faculty

5

It's good enough. Teachers are well dedicated to their work and teaches everything as per the syllabus and exam pattern. The syllabus was completed timely before and doubts were easily cleared by the teachers.

Placement Experience:

There is a placement cell club which functions in the college itself which is efficient in providing over 67 to 98% of students with placements. This percentage can vary for different years and different courses. The college has been successful in attracting top recruiters like deloitte, wipro, TCS, and leader companies from various other sectors. Packages vary significantly from 4 to 6 LPA up to 24LPA. After getting my degree i am planning to first make sure that i have completed my CA course that i am pursuing alongside. And then going ahead with either a job outside kolkata or open a business in kolkata itself.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I always want to build my career in commerce and my aim is to be a chartered accountant. So I took this course because the syllabus of CA and B.com is the same. our college faculties are so helpful. They always come forward to resolve our academic and nonacademic doubts. Their teaching methods are also good. we don't need to purchase any book, their notes are enough for our syllabus.
