Which helps us to apply all the things we've learned at class and project works are also given for a few subjects.. Bcom being a theoretical course any skill or real life practice such as commercial industrial vist via college is not yet done .. introducing online lectures for theory subjects would be little more helpful

I personally decided to acquie this field as all my friend were doing the same but today I can say that BCom is not neccesary for higher studies in commerce stream.As the curriculum suggest we has accouts, cost account , tax, financial account , managment account and we need them in our daily basis so now we know what were are we doing in our day to day life. Subjects like tax and cost account is used by everyone. Their are definetely areas of improvement as I remember tnat we learnt all the previous tax system and book keeping which is of no use also the teaching method were old schooled which made us bore and some even felt asleep! Exams were held at the end of every semester and they were pretty easy as everyone scored more than 8 cgpa but I reckon the question paper level was n?t good enought to test the students knowledge.

Since the college was under the University of Calcutta it was quite a detailed course covering every aspect of the accounting and finance portion that would prepare me for the available job opportunities in the market in finance and accounting The aspects however that needs to be worked upon is the upgradation of the course content by making it a little easier to understand and follow.

I choosed this course because I am good in english and as I want to become professor. Teaching method of professors in my college is good they guide us everywhere where ever we need help.our test are held 4 times in a year,2 times internal of10 marks and 2 times theory of 65 marks from alloted center.It is not at all difficult to pass just we need to be good in English and grammar.

I had no such goal so I choose the most basic course. Like the ratio is 1:30 kindof They're all qualified. Some of the teachers are actually invested in teaching but other just read the pdf and nothing else. Term exams were easy but the timing is always mentioned just 1 week before.

I chose Hindi honors as my major. The Hindi department is quite helpful and the teachers are very nice. The lectures and notes are very helpful. Most of the students don't even need to take extra lessons because Jalan college provides proper notes on the basis of your curriculum. There are 4 teachers in every department and they're all quite helpful.

No there is no any campus selection done my college. And I am in final year of my course. Till now there no any campus.

The Professors are very good here. They always try to help us in any way possible. The college is located in College Street which is very convenient as we can easily buy books from here. The college is an all girls college and it's security is very good as they do not allow any outsiders inside the college. In our college there are many places we can't use our phones so that we can concentrate on our studies.
