The university is really vibrant and a really good place to spend your academic years.No negatives can be given as the issues are minute and easily solved whereas the positives are numerous. It is a really good experience for those who spend their due time here.

Each exam is unique for each subject.I had to deal with a lot of theory related questions, even for maths and statistics. Labs were once a week and classes were moderate. The exams were not hard to tackle.

The placements are available for MBA students, I dont know much about this as I am a MSC student. The placements that the students attain are mainly from banks like Federal bank, SBI, HDFC and other prominent and non prominent banks.

Cultural programmes by different departments, Football matches, Cricket matches, Regional and National festivals are celebrated on a regular basis. Football matches are conducted on an order of 5 team members or 11 based on the ground used for the match.

The fee is feasible as it is a central university. The fees were being gradually increased but respecting the wishes of the students the management is lowering it.Fees structure vary for each department.

The university provides scholarship for students based on Marks and annual income and has different scholarships schemes based on nativity, caste and other criteria. Each student can only avail for one scholarship per term.

Football competitions are the most prominent ones, with 16 to 18 teams competing each year for different tournaments. Cricket tournaments are also prominent. Cultural programmes are numerous and funded according. Majority of the students are south Indians.There are a lot of student political parties which deals with the issue related to the students and common people.

Hostels are large in numbers but our choice will be limited in the first year.Each room is shared by three individuals, whom we can choose if we care to.The hostel and mess fee are paid together amounting to 7410 per semester.

The seniors are really supportive and helpful during admission procedures and during other matters. We can easily interact with them.The alumni are also very supportive and helpful who bond over local, cultural and national matters.

I applied for the entrance exam through online registration. The exam was smooth. I had to travel to the university and after checking with the concerned office I got admitted with a comparatively very low fees structure. I got the hostel admission on the same day.All our documents are necessary including ID, certificates, income certificate, etc

The faculty are very well qualified as it is a central university.Each faculty has a doctorate, has cleared either NET, GATE or other equally important examinations. They have a professional experience of more than 8 years
