All UIET students miss their college. Because the life of the UIET is awesome. Even the elections I miss which goes every year in panjab university. UIET have most number of the votes so the main focus of the Parties were UIET.

Computer science is an awesome stream for the engineering student. A very learning experience for me. A total of 8 semesters were there. Total no of subjects vary for 5 to 6 per semester. A total of 2 mid semester tests per semester consists of 30 marks were there which was considered as best of two then the final exam per semester consist of 50 marks

Placements for CS AND IT STUDENTS ARE 100% for the elgible students, but for the other branches such as MECHANICAL There are not much Placements for them. They have to shift for the technical field instead of having a job in their field

There are a lot of events which goes through UIET such as the culture fest is GOONJ which goes through every year in the winter. There are a lot of fests go through my university through out the year such as AGAAZ, JHANKAAR, UDYAAMI ETC

Fee structure is feasible compartive to other private colleges but if we compare the fees with the other departments of the same university, fees of the UIET is almost 10 times the fees of other departments.

There is facility for the economically weaker students that they can get a few concession of upto 90% depending on their family total income. A lot of different schemes have been offered for the students for the scholars have been provided by the college.

There are a lot of different activities have been organized by the university such as in the sports even at the International levels too. A lot of different activities have been organized in the college in case of studies also.

Hostel infrastructure is ok. Hostels are made a lot time back to year 2000 still the infrastructure is far better compared to other government colleges. A lot of sports Competition have been organized for the hostel students.

Alumni network is well maintained. A different committee has been made known as STAR committee which connects the alumni with the students. A lot of lectures have been organized by the alumni for the betterment of the students choosing their careers.

I gave the exam of jee mains, on the basis of that, three rounds of counseling i have gone through, then i got admission into the admission into be it then the last round was spot where i have to be physically present at the spot at the time of admission, then i got a seat in be cse, it was a happy moment for me

Faculty is very experienced. Faculty have the theoretical as well as the practical knowledge. They teach well to the students. There need to be a lot more experienced teachers for the betterment of the students
