Remarks

Its A good college with good infrastructure and facilities , faculty is also good and helpful. I am enjoying studing in the college. Only negative thing about this college is surrounding area there are not much places we can go nearby to pass some time or enjoy.

Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

Pgdav College has various courses available for under as well as post graduation which can be opted by students and some also has entrance exams. Examination structure is simple , there are 2 semester in every year and there are exams at end of each semester.

Placement Experience

4

College has a good placement record. Some big companies come in campus for recruitment every year with good package offer for students and every student has chnce to give interview for same and intership opportunities are also given or regular basis by placement cell established in the college.

College Events

4

Aside of studies various events also take place in the college. Different societies of college have their own events. Some competitions are also done on regular basis to refresh students from studies. Biggest event is the annual cultural fest in which lasts for 3 days with a lot of fun activities , competition , dance in.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee Structure is feasible and can be afforded , like my fees is 13000 rupees per annum which is ok as compared to other colleges in the same city having fees around 1 lakh rupees which is a lot higher.

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees of college is feasible so most of the people can afford to pay the same. But still if there is someone who can't pay tha fees or unable to do so can request for fees decline or by giving proof that he /she unable to pay for such reason and get it signed from the principal and can get scholarship.

Campus Life

3.5

College has a big playground in which anybody can play and also has a basketball court , and almost every sports equipment is Available in the college which can be taken by students to play in college premises.

Alumni/Alumna

Senior students are also helpful and friendly in nature. There is no ragging allowed in college and this rule is strictly followed , seniors treat junnior as frnds and help them in any problems they may face.

Admission

First, there is admission form to be filled on net , which has to be filled and after this process ends every college including pgdav College publish there own saperate cutt offs which is 12th percentage of the students , if we clear tha cutt of that is have more than required Percentage person is eligible for admission in the college. Then take all necessary documents like marksheet , identity , etc to college where they verify all the documents and admission is given and fees has to be submitted online.

Faculty

4

Faculty of college is good and helpful. They understand students mind and feelings don't force them to do work against their will. And classes are taken regularly and there are also seminars and such to help students in outside world and learn something new.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Although, people say that B.Com doesn't have a great scope to it, I feel like there are many life lessons that we are taught during our college years. Since the introduction of NEP 2020, there has been a rather great emphasis on practical learning. In our college, we are asked for presentations and group projects to promote learning and communication. The presence of SEC and VAC also helps you develop your soft skills, groom your personality and live a happy and healthy life. Exams are help at the end of every semester. There are a few guides and PYQs with the help of which a student can prepare for these exams. They are relatively easy in my opinion and do not require extreme efforts. Overall, it's a great experience and a great opportunity to learn so many things.

In the context of a fictional scenario, the placement scenario would depend on the specific college within Delhi University. Some colleges have robust placement cells that facilitate campus placements with various companies. The placement scenario can vary, and it's advisable to check with the specific college for accurate and up-to-date information.

I choose b.Com because I am from a commerce background. It is an open college class held only on Sundays classrooms are good but washrooms are average. Teachers are experienced and well-educated. Exams are held on every 6 months semester wise you have to study hard to clear exams.
