Remarks

The positive remarks are the college is honest but the system is slow.it takes much time in everything. So it is a big negative side of college. because it stop us to upgrade. but the teachers are very good. We can any time approach them to solve our problems.

Course Curriculum Overview

3

The course is good. Our college follow the. CBCS. System of exam, 2 semester in a year. But in 1st year you have to study ENVS. It is must in pass course and in 2nd year you have your own choosen two subjects in pass course

Placement Experience

3

Yes.the campus is available with b.tech and m.tech courses.so there is many opportunities in last year. Many good company hired students in their final year. Companies like Amazon.byjus, t&c offered jobs. also many companies offered job to bsc final year students also.

Our college arrange take fest. So by this program students get chance to express them. Our college also arrange some smart learning classes,we also have a science club. And our college help us totally. Also a freshers program arrange by the senior students to welcome new students

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fees are low, bsc students have to pay 3600 rupees per semester. And b.tech students have to pay 11000 per semester and for hostel we have to pay 300 per month. And 500 per year for security.and we get food in canteen. So the rate is depend on canteen

Campus Life

4.5

The science labs are good. Physics department have mainly good lab facility. Because it have different labs for different part. Other labs also perfectly developed.yes University allow us to play sports as a representative of University in football and cricket

Alumni/Alumna

Yes senior students are helpful.in the campus there is no ragging. the behave perfectly. They also helped juniors before exam. So we don't need coaching class or tuition classes.so they are very helpful.

Admission

I have given entrance exam, they count the entrance exam mark and the HS marks avarage, then the released a merit list by merit list I got selected then the called for councilling/ And after this process I got admitted in this college/University.

Faculty

4

Placement Experience:

People who major in my department usually opt for masters over placement not because of this college but because overall industrial or academic opportunities are better with a pg degree. Masters from this college is not recommended as i have heard so from my seniors. Some of my seniors managed to crack competitives and secure MSc seats at great places. Training and Placement cell had a good coordinator previously but now its almost non existent. Companies do come and hire Bpharm, Mpharm and MSc candidates. Packages are below average. Only Nestle pays well. But if you do well you'll eventually climb up the corportate ladder. From the time i am here i have not heard of any BSc candidate getting placed. Most go for higher studies.

Placement Experience:

The average package offered for such roles ranges between ?2–3 LPA, while the highest package offered to a BSc student is around ?4 LPA, depending on skills and specialization. Overall, around 15–20% of BSc students get placed through campus drives, and many students rely on off-campus opportunities.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum was well thought out as per me but there were subjects that i found absolutely unnecessary. Subjects like history evs and clc were in no way related to my course. Coming to the main subjects Design, Printing, Photography and film and Media Training were absolutely necessary for my course and whilst the faculty for some of these subjects were really bad, some were good. It is also important to mention none of these subjects actually helped us prepare for the real world. Instead internships and freelance helped us more than these subjects could ever do. Exams were held bi monthly to keep track of what we learnt and every 6 months we had our semester exams. Overall if you want to be a media professional INTERNSHIPS AND JOBS WILL HELP YOU MORE THAN A COLLEGE WILL. I am biased on this opinion as my college didnt provide me with the correct guidance and support i needed to make it in the real world.

In case of computer science department, placement is provided at the Last year of M.sc course. Many companies like Wipro, b10x, Tata visited here. Highest package ever is three lakh per annum. 20-40% of the students got placement after completing M.Sc computer science. My plan after B.sc is to pursue MCA.

* It's all about practical knowledge, we are getting from this course and another aspect is if you wants to make your career in research or lecturer then you should go for it. *No changes required in teaching methods but if college will provide hostel facilities and campus requirement drive, then it will better for candidates.
