College Review

If you really want to enjoy four years of your life, and also get a decent package, a person can opt for our college. It is a very nice place with a very good environment. Talking about academics, it is very good. The only negative thing which I can notice is that the college is on the outskirts of the city, so we have to travel far to go to the main City, but then our college provides buses for transportation.

Our college follows the CBCS, that is, a choice-based credit system. We are taught courses from all the fields like singing, sports, social service etc. which helps us in becoming all-rounder. There are 2 main examinations, that is, mid-semester examination and an end semester examination followed by 2 internal assessments called quizzes. A semester comprises approximately 6 months.

Our college is the second-best private institute in India. So once someone gets admitted here, they don't need to worry about the number of companies visiting here. There is a good amount of companies coming here to hire students. The students just need to polish their skills and then definitely they will get placed. Our college also provided internships in the third year. Companies like reliance, and Microsoft visit for internships and if the student has the calibre then definitely they can grab the opportunity.

Our college does everything to make one's life happen over here. It organizes cultural, sports, and technical fests and students from colleges all over India participate in the events. Many guests lectures are always organized in which renowned personality comes and tells us valuable things. Many workshops are conducted almost daily which have the aim of enhancing the skills of the students.

Since our college is a private college (government funded), fees is little bit high in comparison to other colleges. If the person is from well off family, then there is no problem, but lower middle class people might have to take loans.

Our college provides scholarships to students strictly on the basis of cgpa. They also provide money on the basis of Jee advanced rank. We have to fill out a form and provide the necessary details and then can avail scholarship

Extracurricular activities are very good. If a student wants to explore himself, then our college gives each and every opportunity for discovering our field of interest. Labs are also equipped with the latest instruments.

Hostel infrastructure is good. You will be provided with all the basic amenities like food, water electricity. There won't be any problem regarding this. Also a washerman is available for washing clothes.

Our seniors are very helpful. They are always ready to clear our doubts regarding anything. The alumni network of our college is very strong. We can see that in many companies, their heads are graduates of our college. So this strong alumni network helps us as more and more companies visit our campus due to this.

I got admission to this college through Jee Mains examination which is an examination conducted for students across India. Students are admitted here strictly on the basis of a mark. There were seven rounds of counselling followed by two special rounds.

The faculty of our college is very well educated and has vast knowledge. No professor here is hired without having a PHD or M.Tech degree from a reputed institution. They always motivate us to achieve higher goals in our life.
