Remarks

Positives will be the fests that happen here, placements, teaching, labs, innovation, gym.gym here is one of the cheapest facility in whole Bangalore I feel. negitives will be the sports, Infrastructure

Course Curriculum Overview

5

I feel it is best curriculum with most confusing grading pattern.total 8 semesters will be there in the span of 4 years.every semester will have two internals and one end semester assessment (ESA).internal marks will be bought down to 30 marks.ESA will be bought down for 60 marks and rest 10 marks will be your assignments

Placement Experience

5

placement are best in Bangalore for CSC background people.iam from Mech.Core placements are bad allover India these days.they provide internship too but there will be no stipend.u can apply internships from outside college also

College Events

4

Prakalpa-a science fest Atmatrisha-a cultural fest Samarpana-a run for jawaans CIE-a course for entrepreneurs Jed-i - a course for robotics DSGNR - a course for design Epsilon- a cultural fest Interestingly even independence day won't happen like the above mentioned fests

Fee Structure And Facilities

it is feasible for KCET Students who are localities.but it's really expensive for the students who got admission through PESSAT. KCET annual fee - 90,000/- PESSAT annual fee - 2,80,000/- and believe me they will ask hefty amounts of you planning to join under management quota

Fees and Financial Aid

they give a wavier of 20 percent from what you have paid.if you get more than 8.5 SGPA. they are Soo many scholarship programs for localities.and literally don't give a shit about PESSAT students scholarships

Campus Life

3

labs are the best.but infrastructure sucks for the students who are dreaming of playing sports.its not like not maintained well also.there is no place play sports.its too small and around 30 acres.

Hostel Facilities

3

hostel infra is good.mess food will be good, but don't expect Soo much from from mess food and it will be ok ok.my suggestion will be not to opt hostel if you know how to survive outside.hostel services are the best.

Alumni/Alumna

Aluminis are really helpful.30% of placements come from them only.and college big heads have the good network with passed outs.and believe me guys there is absolutely zero ragging.seniors at really helpfull

Admission

I got admission through PESSAT,an entrance for PES University, Bangalore.after getting a good rank in PESSAT u should attend counseling and choose a branch that you are interested in.conselling will be same any college, just seats change

Faculty

5

they are the BEST if we use them properly.they are teachers who did their Ph.d in foriegn countries.some faculty did only M.Tech but the are enough to teach Engineering subjects.it mostly depends on how you use them

Placement Experience:

From your 7th semester you become eligible to get placed and it is mandatory to get internship before you get placed which the college helps you to get and around 400-500 companies visit, and a good amount of offers are made by them. The average package stands somewhere around 11LPA -12LPA and the highest goes to 50LPA-60LPA and the median stands around 9-10LPA.

Course Curriculum Overview:

As I'm in 1st semester. I will update you after my exams. But one good thing is that from this year, internals and externals will hold same weightage i.e., 50/50 If you can score more than 45% in internals which wouldn't be that big of a deal because they'll ask most the questions from class notes. Most of the faculties are average I would say. But some are good professors too. I chose CSE because I find these topics interesting since junior school. And everyone is just jumping into cse is a reason too lol.
