Honest review of NSEC Kolkata

Everything is good. And the faculty is very good. But the management is so poor and rude in case of behavior, same goes for the Placement cell also. Labs are ok but needed to be upgraded with new equipments. Library needs more books. Teachers are excellent in case of classes Overall Good Experience.

The syllabus of our course is based on West bengal university of technology's BE / B-Tech course as our college is affiliated to West bengal university of technology which is currently named as Maulana Abul kalam azad university of technology. This is a Four year UG course which is following semester based examination system. So in 4 year we have to face 8 semesters.

The placements and campusing will be starting by the end of 3 year. The placements are quite good and our college also provide internship for deserved students. Our placements also started yet many companies are coming for recruitment. And Till the date many students got job offers.

Other than course curriculum our college organizes a lot of tech conferences tech festivals and cultural fests. Recently our college has organized an international conference on software production by a german scientist.

As it is a private college so fees are quite high. A total of near about four lakhs fir b-tech course but as compared to other private colleges or universities the fees are quite low. And for tgat kind of quaility education it is totally worth it.

Well to be honest, This college will not going to provide you any kind of scholarships and in case of education loans college will not help you. You will be provided only required documents by the college only. So that is a bad thing i guess.

Well our college do organize sports events and competitions. Labs are average and need to be upgraded with new updated equipments. In case of extracurricular activities our college organize Blood donation camps, Yoga camps and many more.

Yes we have a alumni network. This network organize seminars for jobs and higher educations for betterment and career growth. Seniors are too much helpful and friendly. And the best thing is it is a ragging free campus. So campus life is excellent and full of freedom.

I got admission through Wbjee exam which is a national level entrance exam for technical education. Usually we faced physics chemistry and math mcq based test. On basis of that rank we will be allocated to the college which we chosen while filling up the form of wbjee. After thatvon basis of rank we will be called for counseling for stream allocation. I got admitted in information technology department in year 2016.

Our college has multiple departments like Cse, Ece, IT, EE, Aie, mech, civil, bio-med, BCA, BBA. And PG courses like MCA, MBA, M-Tech. I belongs to Information Technology department which is the best department of this college. The faculty is too friendly and helpful. Also the faculty supports students for innovative project and works.
