Remarks

College is very good and also strict about discipline. The college infrastructure is also good the security is also good is every person of our college is cooperative and our college provides a good platform the new students.

Course Curriculum Overview

The exam structure is semester vise first we have an online MCQ exam and in end, we have a written theory exam. The MCQ exam is of 50 marks and the written exam is of 50 marks the minimum passing is 20 marks for written exam and the total of online + written should be more than 40.

Placement Experience

The placements are good. And our college also take special efforts for developing communication skills which are helpful in interviews. Yes, Our college also provides internships but I am in the second year I have not applied for an internship.

College Events

We have many cultural and technical events. We have participated in many technical events. Also, our college provides fund for annual events. We have sports like cricket, kabaddi, football, volleyball.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Feasible it changes every year and it varies according to caste and the family annual income. Also, we have to pay the exam fee for each semester. The fees are not too expensive. And college provides fund for visits.

Fees and Financial Aid

We have various scholarships according to the caste system and your family's annual income. Yes, I have availed for the tuition fees for obc students and government provide 50% of the fees and college also provide information about the loan process.

Campus Life

We have also participated in social activities like visiting an orphanages and collecting funds for flood relief. Also We Inter College Sports And Also Our college organize annual sports. We also have all labs.

Faculty

The faculties are well educated with higher education and all the faculties are cooperative. They clear all the doubts besides this they also guide us in our problems.

placements start in 7th - 8th semester . Companies like wipro cisco and TCs etc visit. Average package is 4-5 LPA , and highest I could say 9 to 10 LPA .. my plans would be- if not got high paying job on campus I will try off campus too..

Placement Experience:

In my college students become eligible for campus placements from 7th semester and every year many companies come for hiring. Recently companies like TCS Accenture Cognizant Hitachi JSW Group Philips Axis Bank and some startups also visited so we get both IT and core chances. As per the latest data the highest package was around 24 LPA and the average stays around 6 to 6.5 LPA for most students and the lowest offers start from 3.5 LPA so it depends a lot on the role and company. Many students get placed but it mostly depends on skills performance and branch so it is not guaranteed for everyone. I feel the college gives decent chances but we also have to do our own preparation because competition is high. If I dont get placement from campus then I will try off campus also because there are many openings outside specially in IT. Overall placements are good for this level college and since companies keep coming for drives students who prepare properly usually get at least one offer.

Course curriculum is also good and it is explained in detail on the college's website and there are labs for the courses which made learning fast and easy. Relevance(industry alignment)->8/10 The curriculum is designed to keep up with the industry needs especially in fast growing fields like computer science, management, design and pharmacy. Updated course such as AI, machine learning, cybersecurity, data science and 3D printing are included for tech students. Industry exposure depends on the students initiative it's not equally strong in every department. Comprehensiveness-> 7.5/10 First year courses focus on building strong basics in science, mathematics and communication skills. Later semesters introduce specialisation, electives, research projectsand soft skill training. The curriculum also includes personality development, entrepreneurship and innovation modules. A few departments could integrate new technologies fatser into the syllabus. My experience of iiit pune

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus placements once they enter 3rd year of college. Some notable companies that visit the campus is nomura, walmart, amazon, nvidia and they take 5-6 candidates each while nomura takes 15-16 per year. The highest on campus is 43 lakhs while off campus is around 1.4cr. average package is 14-15 lpa mostly for swe roles. Percentage student getting placed is 50% oncampus and if we add off campus the number goes to 80%. I plan to work in the industry for 2-3 years and then try to go for masters.

I have taken admission by qualifying the cet exam by 93 pecentile . The college gives admission through cet exams. The admission process is through CAP round if ur score is above 93 for girls and for boys the cut off is around 94 percentile and reduces according to category. If ur alloted with the college u have to pay full fees alloted to your category if you dont have the required category documents you will have to pay the full fees at the time of admissions .
