Funds are provided to cultural clubs mostly, technical societies gets extremely low funds. Also if any student goes for technical competitions out side of college, college hardly gives funds to students.
Course Curriculum Overview
Course is well here for students who interested in aeronautical engineering,not for students interested in astrophysics. And for exam in each sem there is midsem and endsem. Exam is also very well.Also quizzes are taken here time to time.
Placement Experience
Yes in the case of placement & job opportunities pec is good but for some branches or for non-cores. And yes pec provides very good internship to students. But this also depends upon the branches also.
College Events
Pecfest. Diwali party in hostels. Hostel primer leage(HPL). Inter branch sports competition. Holi, Dastak which is performed by PEB. Aagaz which is performed by DRAMS. Marathon. Garba nights in Navratri.
Fee Structure And Facilities
tuition fees-65250 per semester and this fees increases every year, Hostel fees-64100 also this fees increases every year Mess fees depends upon hostel to hostel like 1700 to 3000 rupees. According to my opinion this fees are very high specifically hostel fees.
Fees and Financial Aid
College provides full fee waiver to economically week students. And half fee waiver to Sc/St students. Also all branch toppers and branch wise topper girl gets scholarship for next year, means he/she will not pay next year fees.
Campus Life
Yea, in pec cultural activities is on fire. Sports are well and good in college. Students goes to competitions out of college for sports competitions and cultural competitions. Also labs are good but not for all branches.
Hostel Facilities
Yes, I have opted for hostel, and luckily I am in the bedest hostel named aravali hostel, hostel fees is very high enough that at this fees a student can stay in a hotel, also for maintenance services my rating is 1 out of 10.
Alumni/Alumna
Yes seniors are very helpful and they take cares of juniors very well.From starting of 1st day in college seniors helps students in all matters, they helps juniors how to deal with new environment and new problems.
Admission
I got admission in pec through JEE mains score,there is JOSAA which is platform to get admission in different colleges in India on the basis of jee mains and jee advanced marks, so I got through this process.
Faculty
Some faculties are excellent and some are bed. Some are the retired directors of DRDO also. But some are bed because in some subjects they don't know about the subject they are teaching. Because these teachers had not done actually in their masters.
