Which is better, UPES Dehradun or PEC Chandigarh?

Both UPES Dehradun and PEC Chandigarh are reputed institutes. I have few friends from both institutes and based on the reviews I got from them, I will say UPES is a better choice.

The top recruiters of this college are Accenture, Nestle, L&T, Microsoft, Google, Ashok Leyland, Cairn, and Wipro. In the last placement drive, the highest and average CTC offered at the institute were 45 LPA and 6.5 LPA.
