Bhai, seedhi baat hai…
DONO HI NHI HAI!
Sab answers yahaan indirectly un colleges ke PR cell dwara likhe gaye hain. Is trap mein mat aao. Agar aapko achhi education chahiye, toh DU jao, par inhe join mat karo.

Yeh rahe kuch facts:

  • Sirf 1 out of 50,000 LPU students ko Microsoft ka offer mila.
  • 42 LCS hai CTC, par actual pay sirf 13 LCS hai. Amazon ke liye bhi wahi hai.
  • Faculty wahan bahut bekar hai. Karan yeh hai ki unhe achhi salary nahi milti.
  • In colleges mein koi proper research nahi ho rahi hai, isliye koi faculty join nahi karna chahta.
  • Students ke careers bahut khatre mein hain. Jobs nahi hain. Agar hain bhi, toh BUS COMPANIES se hain jo kabhi 3 LCS/year se zyada nahi deti.

I would definitely give a thumbs up for LPU! Trust me, I was in the same situation when I had to make my decision. I did a lot of research before choosing LPU for my B.Tech, and I couldn't be happier with my choice. The curriculum here is fantastic! The placements are quite decent. Top recruiters include:

  • United Health Group
  • Verizon
  • Amazon
  • Hewlett Packard
  • IBM
  • Xerox
  • Colgate Palmolive
  • Cognizant Technology Solutions
  • Google (Alphabet)
  • Microsoft
  • Oracle
  • Apple

By the way, what course are you planning to apply for? I can help you further with that!

LPU and Amity University Noida both offer BPT programs, but they differ significantly in terms of fees and return on investment. LPU has a higher fee structure, around Rs.80,000, but offers scholarships based on entrance exam performance, making it somewhat more affordable for students who excel. On the other hand, Amity University also has a competitive fee but lacks detailed scholarship information, which could make it less accessible financially. LPU provides extensive internship opportunities and a vibrant campus life, enhancing the overall value for money. If you prioritize a strong ROI and financial assistance, LPU might be the smarter choice, while Amity could be better if you prefer a well-established brand and are willing to pay a premium for that.

LPU and Amity University Noida both offer solid BPT programs, but they have different vibes. LPU has a vibrant campus life with lots of events and a strong emphasis on sports, which can be a huge plus for students looking for a lively atmosphere. The faculty at LPU is highly qualified, and they provide good support, making the curriculum manageable. On the other hand, Amity also has a structured curriculum and experienced faculty, but the campus experience might not be as lively as LPU's. In terms of placements, LPU seems to have a slight edge with 100% internship opportunities, which is crucial for practical exposure. Personally, I'd lean towards LPU for the overall student experience and better internship prospects, especially if you value an active campus life. Amity would be great for those who prefer a more subdued environment but still want a quality education.

Alright, here's an honest answer to this question.

I'm not biased towards either college since I've graduated from Amity University (B.Com Hons.) and am currently pursuing my MBA at LPU. It's only been 4 months since I joined LPU, and I can honestly say it’s way better than Amity. And not just because of the 600-acre campus or parking facilities.

Here are the reasons why I prefer LPU over Amity:

  • From day one at LPU, the main focus isn't just on getting high grades but on preparing you for placements. They provide real-time interview experiences (which never happened even once during my 3 years at Amity).
  • Each semester includes classes on Soft Skills and Quantitative Aptitude in the curriculum to enhance your personality. This isn't just about placement preparation but also helps with any competitive exams (not offered even once at Amity).
  • To improve English, optional classes for students are organized every Saturday. (At Amity, this was never done.)
  • LPU offers numerous live projects, field studies, internships, and part-time jobs. (For instance, a group of students in the 2nd year of MBA made Rs.8 lakhs in profits from the stock market while learning to trade.)

Overall, LPU's focus on practical experience and skill development is a game-changer compared to Amity.
