Galgotias, on the other hand, while I couldn't find detailed fee structures, is known for its competitive edge in placements and industry connections. Scholarships are available at both institutions, but you might find Galgotias has more comprehensive options that enhance financial flexibility. If you're looking for a more vibrant campus experience with broader exposure, LPU could be your pick, but for a smarter financial choice with potentially better ROI and placement prospects, Galgotias University might be the way to go.

1. Placements: The results of recent placement drives are quite encouraging. Two students from the branch received offers of 12 lakh each from Honda, while 6 to 7 students were placed at 6 to 7 lakh each. For mechanical engineering, that's a solid starting point. For CSE, 12 students were selected by Amazon, with 1 or 2 securing offers of 12 lakh per annum. Companies like Cognizant and Tech Mahindra conducted mass recruitment for a large number of engineering graduates under their GET programs.

2. Infrastructure: The infrastructure at LPU is impressive. Spanning over 900 acres, it feels like a city in itself. All classrooms are air-conditioned, and the teacher-student ratio is favorable. The entire campus is WiFi enabled, and the residential facilities are top-notch. Students can choose between air-cooled or air-conditioned rooms, which are affordable, with options for 3-seater accommodations.

Galgotias University had a solid reputation about five years ago, but it has significantly declined since then. If you have better options, I suggest you consider them. In other words, this should be your last choice.

B.Pharm is a decent course, but its scope is limited. So, only pursue it if you are genuinely interested. Don’t choose this course just for the sake of it.

• Labs: Moderate facilities.
• Fees: Approximately 60–70k.
• Student Environment: Not great. There are many local students, which can be challenging if you struggle to manage them alongside your studies.
• Placement: Mostly pharmaceutical marketing companies come for recruitment. Packages range from 1.4–1.6 lakh per annum.
