In here we are going forward to study the hotel management and we have both practical and theory part in here can learn easily and wisely the faculties are all supported to us to learn everything and we can learn and it also we have 6 semester in 3 years and we have the mid time exam by the half of one semester and even all sensory have an exams

Faculty:
We had exams semester wise and a final exam which was conducted for all the IHM year wise. Faculty is very friendly and supporting they have lot of experience and were excellent mentors. Pai chef has been the pillar in terms of kitchen as that is one subject i found difficult but he would engage with me and take keen attention and assign me tasks to do better
The faculties in IHM trivandrum are top notch. Most of them are the alumini of the college. Everyone has decent experience of the industry and knows how to get things done. All teachers must qualify NHTET exam and then skill test inorder to get job in IHM. So there is no doubt that they are talented. Teachers are easily approachable and the way they talk to us makes us more comfortable.
Faculties are well experienced and are ready to help you at every instant. Even though the faculty to student raitio is 1:60, they really compensate for the same by having food technically advanced classrooms filled with lots of interactive subjects in the study
The faculty were the best of all worlds. Even the support staff and the principal were very helpful and assisted in any type of help required. All the different years have different faculty and all were very helpful. The faculty were on of the best resource in our college.
The teachers are very knowledgeable about their fields. They lay emphasis on practical training and address the catering related aspects of different hospitality and food industry. We are given more emphasis on cookery, hygiene, larder organisation and layout, salads classification and how to maintain the receipt files.
The teachers are really very open minded when we ask them questions and suggestions for improvement on topics such as food and beverage, operations and how to lose strategic management. Demonstration procedures are also shown by our teachers so that we can get a practical exposure of the kitchen management and hospitality service. Overall, I would say that all the faculty members are very helpful and are always keen in solving student's doubts.
The faculty members were highly knowledgeable and shared there experiences with the students. They used to be very professional in the class. Their teaching methods were different which helped me in a lot of ways.
The teachers were humble and very helpful. They had great bond with every student. Every teacher was encouraging and inspiring. They used to have a great spirit to teach the students. My doubts were cleared with precision.
Faculty in the college is very good there is a school like teaching system in 1st year and when you reach 3rd year they will set you free to learn as how you want it to be. So the student can be a balanced one. They will guide but they will not mould you to something
