Course Curriculum Overview
The curriculum consists of mainly practicals and 1st half of college everyday is basically one big practical session where we team up with other students to learn many things. 4 main subjects: Food Production, Accomodation Operations, Food and Beverage Services & Front Office

4 months industrial training Each month dedicated to one department Provided by college/ self - depending on our needs This is a part of a semester and is evaluated Each person will have different company depending on their preferences
Fees and Financial Aid
Fees was very minimal in comparison to other HM colleges or other professional degrees. The overall fee came to around 3-4L. In all honesty, other colleges would take much more and provide lesser. We must also note that this is a central government course affiliated with IGNOU. So we get two certificates
Campus Life

Admission
There was an entrance test, I don't remember to cut off. But since there are multiple IHMS throughout India, it's fairly simple to get in. Hotel Management is not preferred by a wide majority of people and hence there's always seats
Faculty
Faculties are well experienced and are ready to help you at every instant. Even though the faculty to student raitio is 1:60, they really compensate for the same by having food technically advanced classrooms filled with lots of interactive subjects in the study
