You need to clear an entrance exam conducted by NTA every year called NEET-UG or MHT-CET (competitive entrance exam).Other than that you need to have at least 50 % marks in your 12th examination with physics, chemistry, biology as the main subjects.A merit list will be prepared based on the combined scores of entrance exam and 12th scores. 5% reservation is given to SC/ST/OBC. Based on your score you will be called for a counselling session and later granted admission.

For my 12th i got 89 percent marks, after receiving it I went ahead and wrote the Competitive Entrance Examination - NEET. I applied to the college submitting copies of my certificates and scorecard. They put up their merit list online in which I saw that I had gotten selected.
To get admission to our college, their cut-off is 50% in 12th standard and the marks obtain while writing MHTCET competitive entrance exam. The merit list would be published in the college website, where you can find if you've got in.

To get a seat in NVC you have to first appear for NEET-PG examination and secure a good rank alongside with a minimum 50% marks in graduation. After that you have to apply in college and if you selected in the merit list visit the campus and submit your documents.
