Maharashtra Animal and Fishery Sciences University (MAFSU) was established in 2000 at Nagpur, Maharashtra. The university is recognised by UGC. MAFSU Nagpur Admission
The admission to the University is based on Merit, Entrance exam results, and Interview depending upon the selected courses. Candidates must register on the official site for admission. The university offers full-time B.Tech. courses. For the admission, a candidate must have passed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and English as a compulsory subject from a recognised board and need to appear for MHT common entrance test. The selection is based on the results of the entrance and additional round as mandated by the University.
Admission to Bachelor courses in Veterinary Science & Animal Husbandry and Fisheries Sciences, a candidate should have completed 10+2 with the subject Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English as compulsory subjects and have to pass NEET UG. Ans. MUHS stands for Maharashtra University of Health Sciences and MAFSU stands for Maharashtra animal and fishery sciences University. The streams offered by both institutes are very different in their own aspects. Transferring from one institute to another is impossible because subjects and the streams offered are very different.
Ques. Is there any way to enter into a BVSc AH course at the age of 32?
Ans. A candidate applying to this course at MAFSU must be 17years of age and below 25 years of age. In some special circumstances a 5 year relaxation period is allowed but it is unlikely that someone will get admission in this course at the age of 32 as per the guidelines instituted by MAFSU.

NAGPUR veterinary college, Nagpur was my first choice of preference since it's the best veterinary College in State located at the close proximity of Maharashtra animal and fisheries sciences University, Nagpur . Students are required to clear NEET exam to apply for the college , for state quota the cutoff is arounf 490 to 570 marks and for all india quota the cutoff is usually higher than this

- The teaching staff is professional, the non teaching staff gives you a warm welcome and a good feeling overall.
- A very good centre of learning for veterinary medicine providing a good on hand experience at the OPD with a daily case range of 40-50.
Dislikes
- The infrastructure is in a very bad condition! The roofs leak water in monsoon. There is a chance of the fall ceiling falling and the whole classrooms are covered above with green nets for the safety if students.
- The canteen could be better and more clean washrooms and water dispensers are needed as the facility has almost 500 students and staff present.
Admission:
This college lies in the heart of Mumbai Suburban area, i.e. Goregaon East, giving a good exposure of the city to the people coming from all over India to experience the city life. Also this is the OLDEST VETERINARY COLLEGE IN ASIA. We have a very social alumni society as well. A good score of 500+ in neet ensures your admission in this college definitely. The admissions are done through the MAFSU website where the detailed instructions are available for the admission procedure.

Yes, I like the courses because of I want study the Marine environment talk about the rejection also applied to veterinary courses and also alloted a collage but I prefer the fishery there is about seen about scope there is 71% water present in our earth and you search for the scope is totally about the madness.

i scored 524 marks in neet through vci quota i got this college on the basis of marks in neet through neet marks only you can get this college but counsing differ from all india qouta and stste quota you can get this college in less marks if you get in by state quota

The Institute offers a full time course in B.Tech with specialization in Dairy Technology. 10+2 qualified students can apply for admission to the course.
Eligibility
Selection Criteria
The students should have completed B.VSc and AH with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks from any recognized University are eligible to apply for the MVSc program. The selection is based on the marks scored in the entrance examination conducted by ICAR and Interviews conducted by the University.
Admission to B.Vsc course at MAFSU Nagpur is done based on NEET UG score (no separate MAFSU exam) and you need to have passed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology (PCB) and meet the minimum marks to be eligible.
