MUHS stands for Maharashtra University of Health Sciences and MAFSU stands for Maharashtra animal and fishery sciences University. The streams offered by both institutes are very different in their own aspects. Transferring from one institute to another is impossible because subjects and the streams offered are very different.

Is there any way to enter into a BVSc AH course at the age of 32?

A candidate applying to this course at MAFSU must be 17years of age and below 25 years of age. In some special circumstances a 5 year relaxation period is allowed but it is unlikely that someone will get admission in this course at the age of 32 as per the guidelines instituted by MAFSU.

Each set of transcripts/attested mark-sheets from Maharashtra Animal and Fishery Sciences University is issued in a separate sealed and stamped/signed envelope. You can apply for the transcript at the official website of the University.

The lab equipments are up to date and modern
The teachers and staff are very educated and well qualified
There are heavy anti ragging initiatives and almost negligible ragging takes place

The building is a bit old and proper renovations are not done in Mumbai Veterinary college in Goregaon

Mumbai Veterinary College Balanced Review

Likes

The faculty is highly qualified with minimum of masters and are very much equipped to each each subject
There is a vibrant campus life with all sorts of people milling together, leading to a great college experience.
A councellor system is in place to guide students in an efficient and quick manner.

Dislikes

The infrastructure leaves much to be desired, though a new building is being constructed at Goregoan Campus
The academic workload is overwhelming at times with little guidance to mental health support

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course is for the Bachelors of Veterinary Science. One can opt for Masters in the a chosen field or file for civil services. Many graduates opt for working in clinics or veterinary related companies. The teaching methods could be improved by more innovative methods of teaching rather than using same powerpoints each year. More practical classes should be held. Internal exams are held every 2-3 monthes and the final exams are held during November to December.

Overall a good college and a best course to pursue vetmed

I really liked how profesor and other faculty are dedicated to their profession and they really helpful to teach us
The course is really good and you can learn a wide variety of things
You got good opportunity after the course with a minimum salary of 70-80k per month

Dislikes

The infrastructure of college campus is little bit damaged and it need to be improved
The canteen food is not good and the canteen is also small
That's it no more issues problem are everywhere and all they can be solved

Good campus ,overall infrastructure , basketball ground
Our college owns a farm so it is big thing and very helpful for us to study
2 big hitech classroom ,volleyball ground , huge cricket ground

No. of microscope were less as compare to students present for using it.
The college building need renovation as the paint were getting faint
Some chemicals were not present in lab when it requires

Excellent laboratory facilities with all equipments
Well educated professors with excellent teaching
Each and every cultural programmes celebrated good environment

Some faculties are just below average when it comes to teaching
More improvement in sports and the sport equipments can be done
College timing should be reduced a little bit because it becomes too hectic to attend whole day college
